I placed an order on the app for this location. I requested that the sub be TOASTED and cut into 4ths. When I got home, I found that this was not done. I called the location to speak to a manager and was told there is not a manager at this location. I explained what happened and the clerk said in a rude way, “Was the contents of the sub right?” I said yes but it was not toasted or cut. She then said she could take my number and the owner might call me or I could leave a review. Very poor customer service and an employee who cannot follow directions. Will not return to this location. This location gives Subway a poor reputation.
The staff changed here recently. Ever since the cookies are always over done and customer service is lacking.
I am extremely displeased with my recent order. I received the wrong order, which is unacceptable. As I am currently very sick, I had to have the food delivered, which was very expensive for just one sandwich. Given this poor experience, I will not be ordering from this location again.

We have been going here 3-4 times a week. Last night the food was absolutely horrible, burnt subs, wheat bread when white was requested, steak and cheese definitely not with the measured amount of steak. I ordered online, as I do every time, I understand it was almost 8 pm and yall close at 830, but that's no reason to have less then normal service. Yes, I totally did just pull a Karen because out of 6 subs, only one was correct and edible. I did call to discuss but of course the young lady became very defensive. Cant attach pics but do have for the regional manager to see what's being served from their restaurant.

I love this Subway. They have great food and make exactly what I like. I have had really positive experiences there. Cierra is the best and always so friendly. Great customer service for sure!!!

This subway sucks
Manager was super nice! They were a little backed up so he was super apologetic but there was so need. Great customer service, even gave us two cookies for the delay. On top of all the great food it was also a super clean restaurant.
Good sub place! I like to choose what to add to my sub.
I love subway in itself but i tend to not come here as often due to cost over value of healthy foods and the asscess of fast food convientance. So for me as a person choose to eat here or anywhere i feel like good Service should be valued.
