Worst Subway I have Ever experienced. This place has gone all the way bad under the new management. They are extremely stingy and don't want to honor coupons. Its not the staff but the woman owner in particular. I came in with a coupon and was made to order it online to get the coupon accepted even though the coupon states in store or online. Most of the time talking to her she actred as if she didn't understand english which I know she does because my wife goes her almost weekly. I didn't argue just order online in the store but when I asked the address to insure I was ordering at the right location she told me the wrong address. Some really nice customers were dining in observed the situation and gave me the correct address. This must have agitated the women owner and she began to give me more attitude as if the one she had when I walked in the door wasn't bad enough. Once the online order came through she sloppily put together my sandwich but used the wrong bread and this was after I told her my order in detail plus it was on paper due it being on online order. She sparingly used toppings and was stingy on the meat. I would not suggest supporting this business as they are not very friendly people.

The one star is for the African American lady that works during the day during the week. She is absolutely fire. The group of Inidians that work most of the time are EXTREMELY SLOW and very stingy on the toppings.

This is the closest Subway and would go to it once a week. The employees would be polite and happy, and provide you with the correct amount of meat on your sandwich. It now appears to be under new management or ownership, the previous employees are no longer working there, and it appears to be the new owners behind the counter. Both the meat and veggies seem less, and when asked for a foot long it was barely bigger than a 6”, they insisted it was a foot long. Measured when I got home, 8’5 inches. I tried it two more times to make sure it was not just a bad day, but it was just the same. Now drive an extra 4 miles away to a normal Subway. Might try to see what is like again in another year.

Decent food, like I expected. But I almost never go to Subway although I received a gift card TO SUBWAY, and they didn’t know how to use it! You need to train your staff.

I did an online order for 2 sandwiches. I got incorrect bread on one of the sandwiches and the other sandwich was entirely wrong (supposed to be a Philly cheesesteak and they gave me a Turkey sub). I emailed them about it and was told I was lying. Not happy with how this subway has been recently.
