Decent food, like I expected. But I almost never go to Subway although I received a gift card TO SUBWAY, and they didn’t know how to use it! You need to train your staff.

I did an online order for 2 sandwiches. I got incorrect bread on one of the sandwiches and the other sandwich was entirely wrong (supposed to be a Philly cheesesteak and they gave me a Turkey sub). I emailed them about it and was told I was lying. Not happy with how this subway has been recently.

Orderd thru the web site delivered thru door dash did not receive my full order 3/20/2022, attempted to contact store girl made me repeat my name 5 times to tell me they didn't have an order for me and I would have to bring my receipt In to the store. Really that's why we order on line so we don't have to come Into The store. DO NOT EAT HERE! Food was not good!

Not Very welcoming, walked into the store was not greeted by staff. When it was my turn the employee said "what do you want" the proper way to greet a paying customer is "hi welcome to subway, what can i do for you?" or something along those lines. To the owner train your employees correctly.Thank You
