Good service and atmosphere, however. I gave the food zero stars because, as I was about to order a turkey and cheese sub and make it a combo. I saw a fly landing on the cookies I informed the worker and she said oh and then proceeded to get it out with her hands and the gloves she had on. I guess she thought about it. And at this time the fly went from tray to tray landing on the cookies row by row. She took them out and then put them back in after the fly came out. She never threw them out and this was today 11/4/2025.

I went there today 9/24/25 the lady was preparing some online orders so waited at the counter to place my order the lady acknowledged me and asked me if I was picking up I told her no I am here to placing an order. She then proceeds to complete more online orders I'm thinking she is behind as she is the only one working at the time. Then another customer walks in and immediately the lady starts taking her order no questions no checking if I'm ready to order just completely ignored.

Horrible customer service. The blonde girl who took my order had an attitude and wouldn't talk loud enough for me to hear her. I have hearing damage from being in the military. When I asked her to speak up she cut me off and kept the same volume of voice. Very rude wont be returning?

I pulled up with my kids for a early lunch at 11am today. A employee was standing outside in uniform smoking weed right in front of the door. I left as I had my kids and didnt want to expose them to the weed. We will not be coming back. So sad.
