Horrible customer service. The blonde girl who took my order had an attitude and wouldn't talk loud enough for me to hear her. I have hearing damage from being in the military. When I asked her to speak up she cut me off and kept the same volume of voice. Very rude wont be returning?

I pulled up with my kids for a early lunch at 11am today. A employee was standing outside in uniform smoking weed right in front of the door. I left as I had my kids and didnt want to expose them to the weed. We will not be coming back. So sad.

I came here 5/21 @ 7:32am used a coupon then the Caucasian guy is gonna tell me the coupon was already used which is wasn’t then gonna look at me side eye…theirs never a manager there at all on top of that they had bread sitting out nets out flying around?

Terrible, horrible service and terrible attitudes. What is the point of ordering online? I made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. It is now 6:15pm and my food is just now ready. I made my order for curbside pickup but it was raining heavy when I got there (5:55pm) so I went in. My order wasn't ready and I waited in the line. Two other people came in behind me. When it got to my turn I asked about my food. The girl told me they hadn't made it yet. I asked her if when they made it, would they bring it outside since I had kids in the car. See 20 minutes later, both people behind me in line were waited on and had left. I had to go back in and ask about my food. I was told they were too busy which was why they didn't make my food. What about when I came in...did I not get a place in a line I wanted for? Not to mention by then it was almost 45 minutes since I had originally placed my order? Terrible service and I know my order is wrong because I watched her put the wrong sauce on it. I will go out of my way to never go here again.
Placed an online curbside pick up order. How simple was that! The app let's you know when it's ready, you drive to the store, call, they bring it out! Sub was still hot when I got home! ?

Supposedly they accept SNAP EBT cards but not anymore. It NEEDS to be taken down if no longer accepts EBT

Walked in and it was a crazy long line. Didn't know they were giving out for subs today. With that being said I was about they 20th in line and They worked so well with each other they were able to knock out the line in about 15 min. The staff was very respectful and responsive to everyone in line and I got a free sub. Never ate here before but will def come each time im out this area was already looking to pay for my sub so to get a free one was a surprise. You will def get my money for lunch. Thank you and awesome job to I would say the morning crew.
