Worst subway I've been to. Dirty, smelly, and worst of all... bad subs.... every ingredient looked and tasted old.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a turkey kid’s meal, and the woman behind the counter—who struggled to communicate clearly in English—did not include the juice box. I didn’t realize it was missing until I walked outside. When I returned to ask for it, she casually said they were out, without ever having informed me when I ordered.
Moments later, a man (possibly her husband) came in, and she asked him about the juice boxes. He immediately told her they were in the back—so clearly, they weren’t out.
To make matters worse, the food wasn’t fresh and the cookie was stale. Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 510 , I went in @ 5:15 to give them some time. The order was still not ready!! I sat down in the lobby to give them time to make it. When I opened the sub I realized it had black olives , cucumbers , pickles , and teriyaki sauce on it which I did not order. I just picked them off and continued to eat , when I got to the second half of the sub there was a piece of hair on it. I called the manager he told me he would investigate it and give me a call back. He never called back. I went in the store to show him the hair and the horrible made sub and asked for a refund! He said he would give me a dollar back because it was a deal. I said well can you give me atleast half of what I paid he said no. Yelled at me and said I can remake it or give you a dollar. So I said ok remake it than he said oh no your not getting anything since you want to be aggressive. He is very unprofessional and rude and I will be reporting him to the bbb.

When we came up to the counter, the lady at the counter was complaining for literally 10 min before she took our order. Complaining about the other employees her shift for the day etc. It was very awkward and annoying

canned meat moldy veggies black olives and banana peppers lettuce withered and wet. no diversity in the business may have undocumented workers indian descent or culture only accepted to work there i returned my order taste was off preparation was agonizing was asked upon arrival if i was picking up a order and not welcomed to subway treatment was unfair theses workers labor in vain and seem too not think much of American people or culture willing to feed people who are not like them anything to make money please reconsider before you eat here
Great Subs! Variety of fresh meats, cheese, & toppings. Good choice of coke drinks, including bottled water, juices, chips, etc. Subway located on Battlefield Blvd. Excellent staff. ??
I often visit the Subway on Shore Drive in Virginia Beach. On a recent trip to Chesapeake, I found out that the same owners run the Subway there as well. When I walked in, we instantly recognized each other. They started joking around, and I had another fantastic experience in food, in service and atmosphere too.
Food delivered wrong manager told me to drive up there if I wanted something made right

Extremely rude staff. Closed the seating area at 7:40 contrary to posted hours of 10 pm. While eating in the parking lot, watched two additional customers turned away. Horrible staff!
