Went into this particular store. There was a Guy picking up an order for someone and a Lady behind him. As we All stood there a mouse or a rat came from the far side of the counter and started to crawl towards the food. 🤢🤬I walked out and I can't believe this place is Still open and serving food when people can get sick 🤢. I had to choose to full out the form😂. DON'T Eat there!!!!

This Subway only had one associate working early in the morning and was VERY stingy with the tuna fish on my sandwich....what's going on? I remember back in the day you had three scoops of tuna fish on a half of sandwich and six scoops on a footlong. I had two SMALL scoops and then they spread it out with a knife. SMH

I doordash and they put all of the customers that were walking in the door for the DoorDash customer tickets that were already sitting on the counter making me wait longer making the customer wait longer just because they don't walk in the door doesn't mean they're not a customer and they're not in line.

The food is alright but I found a hair in my sandwich. The two young ladies that made our sandwiches began to argue in front of us. They didn’t understand simples directions, and used bare hands to prepare our food.

The food was regular subway so i enjoyed but my cousin found a hair and they were cooking with their bare hands. They also were arguing infront of us, highly unprofessional. Me and My cousin got sick that same night, dont go here !

Ordered through GrubHub and they didn't put everything that I asked for on it. The subs were horrible.
This is usually my favorite location to get my breakfast the normal lady is usually friendly but today I think this lady came from the location from further down on military highway who seems like she on drugs an never wants to work. I’m trying to order breakfast and she’s putting cheese on bread she said she would be right with me and i said okay no problem so I’m waiting then i notice she’s doing this with no gloves so she puts on one glove an she puts the bread in the warmer then she grabs another pan of bread and starts putting cheese on the bread I just walked out one I have to work an two you could have took my order an got me out the store and 3 your touching bread with bare hands this isn’t sanitary.

I tried to order via the app. Got towards the end and this Yadkin Rd. Chesapeake location message came up said location not taking orders. Uh?! Go inside the store to try and get an advertised deal I received in my email. The girl says, we can't do that inside the store. You have to order via the app. Hello! App not working stupid. Subway is on its way out! Never did get any food. What is wrong with these people?
