I places an app order. I had special instructions which were not followed. I asked for the sandwich to be cut in 3's and for the pepper jack cheese to be replaced with provolone. The sub was not cut, and there was NO cheese on the sub. Also, the app offered in store pickup or curbside.i chose curbside but couldn't complete the order until I figured out that I had to chose in store pickup. Why would Subway offer a service that is not avail? Would it have been difficult to have a pop up say not avail? Instead of me having to figure it out.

Well, only received part of my order… yet again. The bacon on my sub was uncooked (well, not microwaved and gummy), the other sub was pouring so much grease it was essentially inedible. Hope whoever we got my cookies are enjoying them.

One of the girls was really nice, but when I asked for cookies, she just stared at me….even though there were some cookies on a tray behind her. She said they “weren’t for sale” (meaning she was going to eat them)….why weren’t there any cookies baked for customers? Ridiculous.
