First time trying this place, have always seen it was busy in passing anytime of day. We got there at 0610, just after they opened at 0600, and it already had ppl inside. It kept getting busier. We were outside 0810 after eating around and they place had a line of about 8-10 ppl waiting outside. The staff was very nice! I never had to ask for coffee refills b/c they were on it. I stopped in after an early morning delivery in Chesapeake on the very day the snowstorm was supposed to hit, and the place was packed. Even dining solo, the service was genuinely attentive. The coffee was hot and so good that I actually called back later to ask what brand they use.

Hot coffee, attentive service on a hectic morning, a fluffy biscuit, and perfectly crispy bacon! everything hit the mark. A true little gem. I only wish I lived closer.
