This was by far some of the best customer service I've ever received and the cake tasted PHENOMENAL!!! It was a huge hit at my son's bday party and several people asked where it came from bc it was so good. They also exceeded my expectations with the inspo pics I gave. We will definitely be going back to them for all our cake needs

Two years ago, I commissioned this wonderful establishment to make a birthday cake for my godson’s 3rd birthday. They did not disappoint. I have commissioned them again to make the cake for his 5th birthday this year (August). I can’t wait to see what I know. Will be an awesome creation.

Service is a 5. You’re greeted as if you’re a beloved customer, even when it’s your first time. They encourage you to browse their wonderful tasty cupcakes and cakes on display. They’re patient when you take your time since you can’t make up your mind: should I get jumbo cupcakes? Or the regular sized ones? Should I go fruity like lemon or strawberry or go big on chocolate or Oreos or ??
I got the 3 regular sized cupcakes (not jumbo) : almond, chocolate grande and peach;best one is the almond. Wish they use buttercream instead of sugar frosting as it would have been more delicate and not too sweet.
There are jumbo cupcakes for over $7 each, a little pricey.

The cupcakes are out of this world! My favorite is Apple pie and Strawberry. Fresh fruit and not overly sweet. Customer service is top notch!

Absolutely obsessed with my cake from Sweet Kream. They were so kind and accommodating. They brought my dream cake to life with only a week notice! Sooo delicious too!!! Not too sweet, the perfect flavor. The ladies are also way too sweet!

I just want to give Sweet Kream a huge shout out! They made my daughters baby shower cake for 2/23/25. I ordered Almond flavor and let me tell you,,, the complements we received were unbelievable!! Taste was superb! Appearance impeccable! Thank you Thank you so so much Sweet Kream!! Her cake was not only gorgeous but even more delicious 😋!! Well done ! Recommended dishes: Almond Cake

Paid about $60 for a small 8 inch round cake with no extra art or design just a “Happy Birthday” frosted on it. Take your business to Publix or even Harris Teeter, they have some of the best cakes I’ve ever had, but I wanted to try out a real bakery just to see how it would be; never again.

Instead of making frosting flowers or using edible flowers, the tops of dollar tree roses were stuck in the cake. Seriously the cheapest I've ever seen with glue and loose polyester thread showing. The cake itself was dry, grocery store is better. Should be embarrassed to have sent that home with a customer.

Excellent service, took my order under two weeks notice. Ordered two cakes, they were beautiful, princess theme. Manager very nice and professional. Love this place, and highly recommend

Where do I begin? My husband purchased a two tier coconut layer cake for our anniversary first time ordering was for my birthday it was to die for. We both picked the cake up together with excitement and joy. Welp, we were told to sit it out an hour before cutting but found it disappointing the cake was moist but overflowing with thick icing not enough coconut to top it off. I've had better store bought cake than this and we both were not very happy nor did we wanna share with other family members any of this CAKE!
MY husband husband purchased bread pudding which taste like a cinnamon bun drizzled with icing (whew) too much going on. Strawberry shortcake to my surprise very tasty. We will not order anything from the bakery again.
