My experience was great.... I was greeted ... Served fast and hot tasty food .. the manager on duty was great.... I drove out my way to come to this one... Customer service is 👍 I'll be back ...thank you

I normally wouldn't want someone to lose their job but Katrina needs to go...the service industry is not for her.... Katrina does not pay attention to the customers order because she is on her phone texting and then she proceeds to give the customer what she wants instead of asking if they would like something different because what they ordered wasn't available...asked for a chicken chulupa because customer doesn't eat red meat but because she was texting gave the customer a steak No receipt given because the order was completely wrong and charged $29 to the customer
We all make mistakes because we are human but when your attitude doesn't match(your mistake) and the energy is antagonizing and you invite the customer to fight ...Katrina needs to GO....super disrespectful young lady and KFC /Taco Bell should do better... I know that the hiring pool is slim but do better and offer a better wage and you won't end up hiring problematic people like Katrina. Also give your people company jackets so they don't wear their personal coat in Druve thru serving customers.. Ms Lavinia the manager solved the problem and was very polite ..Katrina didn't even listen to her manager when asked to leave from the window .. No respect what so ever....smh
Dietary restrictions: I asked for chicken as I do not eat red meat and receive steak after repeating the order to Katrina who was texting on her phone...look at your tapes

Everytime I go there the place is never open on the inside like it's supposed to be. I came today a Saturday (11-16-24) and the diner was closed. The people inside watched me stand at the door and didn't say anything to me they just walked off. I tried to call, no answer. I don't drive so I couldn't go through the drive thru This is ridiculous if they aren't going to be open it shouldnt be posted that it is.

Went through the drive thru orderd 2 double supreme tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Got home had a quesadilla rolled up into 2 separate bags. No Tacos like I ordered the chicken quesadilla was there.

My go-to is a bean burrito, no red sauce, extra cheese, onion and add guacamole.

I wasn't happy with the cantina chicken quesadilla. I'm not big on cooked tomato.
I was eating in the parking lot and when I needed to use the restroom, I needed a key (this is good). When I asked there was no thought. The lady who served my food shut the mgr down when he asked if I was a customer.

Vegetarian options: Just because meat is on the menu doesn't mean you have to order meat. You can sub beans in for almost all of it. There are also chicken options for those off red meat only.

Absolute garbage, the chalupa shells were burnt and hard as a rock, the soft taco's were anything but soft and everything had next to no meat or any kind of filling in them. I tossed everything in the garbage. You got me for $37.54 you should all be ashamed of your selves , I work hard for my money and you just robbed me. I ordered pizza for my family, I will never again spend one cent at your horrible establishment. After reading some reviews this place doesn't care about what they serve you, they only seem to take your money and give you trash. This place should be shut down.....

Just left here. Order is wrong even after correcting the woman. Ordered 2 cheesy street chalupa combos. Got beef chapula boxes instead. Long wait. And to top it off! A hair intertwined in a chalupa! Will not be returning. !!!!!
The young lady with the sliver hair, was so beautiful and kind to me. The food was fresh and there was a little wait but it was well worth it. I wasn’t expecting much since it was so late, but they all did an excellent job. They deserve a raise Taco Bell!

2nd time I’ve had this issue with this Taco Bell and it’s the night shift. I first wait 20 minutes at drive thru speaker with only 3 cars in line. This is at 1:30 am on a Thursday night.Around the 10 min mark the light skin guy with dreads tells me they will be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later no one gets on intercom. I have to say hello for someone to finally come back and then I had to repeat my order to the guy 4 times as if he was high or something. I finally move up to drive thru window and I have to wait another 15 min after paying just to get my food. He finally comes to window with my food and forgets my drink. I blow my horn after another 5 min and the young lady with glasses also light skin comes to window basically coldy throws my drink in my hand with a mean stare and hurry up and shuts the window no apology nothing.
Listen fast food workers I am getting so sick of the attitudes . I understand where u been and I know u want to go home but if u don’t want to work please don’t come to work! I want both the girl and the male on south military hwy on 6/13/24 appt 1:35am to be written up or something. The way I was treated was inexcusable.
