My wife found a chunk of hair in her taco. She spit it back out onto the taco. You can see it in the pictures. Absolutely disgusting.

Would not recommend this location at all. I dont think that the owner or manager will take this review seriously. They will probably make a meaningless comment gesturing towards making things right but won't actually take any action.

The lady taking orders at the window was also rude and impatient.

This place just needs to shut down. There is no saving it.

Cant put how much because I couldn't get my food 3 time in less then a week I have gone and they closed the inside and only run the drive thru because they don't want to deal with having to watch the front counter and even when their open inside they never want to wait on you it takes 10 to 15mins for them to pull themselves away from drive thru i only go because it's the only food place olin walking distance

The restaurant was very clean, both inside and in the parking lot. The line to order food was slow moving and they were out of several of the options on the menu. The menu itself is really hard to read, at least the Taco Bell half, because it is covered by equipment. Our order was prepared correctly the first time. Overall the food and the staff are great, but the store layout and organization could use some help.

I just left the KFC/TacoBell on South Military HWY in Chesapeake. I had to wait about 10 mins for 2 5pc nugget meals from Tacobell only to get home and they didnt give me my second 5pc. I called multiple times and got no answer, and I was passing through on my way home. Im extremely pissed.

How does this Taco Bell stay open? They don’t get the orders right and they never answer their phone. They send it to voicemail or the fax machine.

My experience was great.... I was greeted ... Served fast and hot tasty food .. the manager on duty was great.... I drove out my way to come to this one... Customer service is 👍 I'll be back ...thank you

I normally wouldn't want someone to lose their job but Katrina needs to go...the service industry is not for her....
Katrina does not pay attention to the customers order because she is on her phone texting and then she proceeds to give the customer what she wants instead of asking if they would like something different because what they ordered wasn't available...asked for a chicken chulupa because customer doesn't eat red meat but because she was texting gave the customer a steak
No receipt given because the order was completely wrong and charged $29 to the customer

We all make mistakes because we are human but when your attitude doesn't match(your mistake) and the energy is antagonizing and you invite the customer to fight ...Katrina needs to GO....super disrespectful young lady and KFC /Taco Bell should do better...
I know that the hiring pool is slim but do better and offer a better wage and you won't end up hiring problematic people like Katrina.
Also give your people company jackets so they don't wear their personal coat in Druve thru serving customers..
Ms Lavinia the manager solved the problem and was very polite ..Katrina didn't even listen to her manager when asked to leave from the window ..
No respect what so ever....smh

Dietary restrictions: I asked for chicken as I do not eat red meat and receive steak after repeating the order to Katrina who was texting on her phone...look at your tapes

Everytime I go there the place is never open on the inside like it's supposed to be. I came today a Saturday (11-16-24) and the diner was closed. The people inside watched me stand at the door and didn't say anything to me they just walked off. I tried to call, no answer. I don't drive so I couldn't go through the drive thru
This is ridiculous if they aren't going to be open it shouldnt be posted that it is.

Went through the drive thru orderd 2 double supreme tacos and a chicken quesadilla. Got home had a quesadilla rolled up into 2 separate bags. No Tacos like I ordered the chicken quesadilla was there.
