Ordered chicken quesadillas from here. The cheese didn't taste like cheese at all. Tasted more like some sort of sauce that was intended as an imitation of cheese. Poorly done! Nice portions and hot.

Ordered 2 Chalupas and a Mexican pizza. The customer service was poor. When I opened the chalupas they were DARK chocolate brown and HARD. It was almost like it was sitting in an oven OVERNIGHT. It HAD to have been sitting for a WHILE. Also there was a chunk missing out of the one I opened, like the bread was so old, it broke in the middle. I went to open the box of the pizza and it was OBVIOUS that it has been sitting for a LOONG time. The tomatoes were brown, ALL the juices were running and mixed together. Pizza was old. They had to have made that food earlier this morning. Then they gave me a HUGE group of hot sauce packets, that were mostly stuck together. I spent almost $20 for these few items and I want EVERY DIME BACK. I wish I would've checked the reviews because the service and food I received makes sense as to why they only so many 1 star ratings. If there's management on the site, they are NOT doing a good job OR they don't care about quality and service. And they had the nerve to have me pull up and wait for the food.. FOR WHAT REASON when it's clearly been sitting there ready since yall opened this morning. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED

This place is gross. It is dirty looking inside and out. I can only imagine how the food prep area must look in the back. While I sat waiting for the lady to take my order at the drive-through, I could hear her cussing about the people at the window, because I think she forgot her mic was still on or really she just didn’t care. Then, when I asked a question about one of the food items, she said, “I don’t know baby.” Then she started talking to somebody else at the window again . When she came back to me and asked me what my order was, I repeated my question and her answer was once again “I don’t know baby.” No offer to find out and no help whatsoever. After I could hear her cuss on the mic towards other customers again, I just said nevermind and exited the drive-through. I won’t eat here again but It’s no problem. There’s another nicer location a few miles up the road. I was just trying to grab something quick but it’s not worth the probable food poisoning I would get if I actually got an order.

Tacobell side gets the two stars. Great service staff but both chalupas were stale (hard, stiff and crunchy, as if it were fried) and hardly any meat, basically inedible. Stale empty chalupas. Do better, y'all!
This location does not care about their customers. Even when they're slow, 1-2 cars in the drivethru, it's a gamble if they get your order right. When you set a timed order and show up 10 minutes early, and your food is already bagged and waiting? If I had showed up on time my food would have been there no telling how long on a heat rack, that wasn't even turned on, and all bagged up. In the past 3 orders, I've had 2 orders ready extremely early missing items, and an order 2 weeks ago that was dry original recipe chicken, the last 2 had my wraps drier than a desert, and twice have the biscuit in the box been a stale piece of rock. And that's just the issues with food. The people working the front register have been consistently rude and hateful, the store looks a mess, and I'm shocked they haven't been shut down by the health department. Walked in to a disgusting mess of a main lobby, and the view of the customer you can see a disgusting work area behind the counter where all the food is prepared.
