Horrible service and management. Ordered delivery through Taco Bell app. Missing 2 chicken flatbread melts, over $10 in food and they couldn’t find the order. They told me if I had ordered it they would be able to find it. Manager hung up on me because they said I raised my voice. She called me a liar, said I didn’t order it on the Taco Bell app. I’m done with Taco Bell

Over $28 for the 12 pack of tacos and 2 tostadas, and this is what the tostadas both looked like. Wife held the bag the entire time so it wasn't thrown around. Tacos were luke warm, and I live a mile away. Waste of money going here.

Generally have a great experience here, but placed an order through the app today, and after I picked it up (around 2:30pm), I noticed my entire order was not there. When I called and asked if they could refund that part of the order, I was told “that’s not our problem”, which is true. It’s mine. I placed 100 percent of the order and you gave me 90 percent of it. Anyways. After being told I was rude numerous times for asking them to refund the part of the order I didn’t receive, and being told it’s not their problem, it made sense to share that with google. If you order items off the menu here, and don’t receive them, expect to be insulted and dismissed.

Why is this Taco Bell so much better than any location I’ve ever been to, the soda always tastes right there locations that make the soda taste watered down like the tb on greenbrier soda always tastes flat and watered down, the food here is always really hot and the food here looks like the commercials they don’t skimp out on any ingredients, the service here 9/10 most of the time the person taking drive thru orders always has a great attitude and there’s rarely any wait time, I can’t speak on what other people have experienced but this is mine whenever I go to this location, best Taco Bell ever. Keep up the great work mt pleasant!

Tonight I went to Taco Bell and got amazing service from Ryan R I believe. I ordered a diet drink and my gf ordered a regular drink that was the same color. Ryan went out of their way to make sure the cups were clearly distinguishable from each other. As a type 1 diabetic drinking the wrong drink would've been very bad for me so having them do that without being asked absolutely made my night and I hope they get the props they deserve for this.

Gwen and Evan are working alone with an extremely busy restaurant. They haven't stopped moving amd they are being so nice and keeping their calm with customers being upset. Our food was fresh and right. These two deserve a raise!!

Fantastic food. Very nice employee at the window. It was slower than I’m used to at other locations but the quality made it well worth the wait. I think everyone else reviewing this place should a) stop doxxing because it seems a little suspicious or b) give it another chance. ?

The crew was arguing and yelling instead of making our food. It took over 15 minutes to receive my order, which was not complicated. Then when I reminded them I got a drink, because they forgot, there was this confusing exchange, that took way longer than it should have, where they thought I got some kind of freeze? When they could just look at my order and see. I was about to beg them to just give me a cup so I could get out of there.
