Food was awful and taco was a taco salad lol 😂 See image. Burrito was mushy and did not look appealing and probably a good thing. We don’t eat any of it. Staff was rude and worker gave millennial yep answers or ignored.

Went to Taco Bell today and had a life changing experience. Idk who was in the kitchen but it was the best Taco Bell of my entire life. Had to call and let the manager know and she was so nice about it. Best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to.

I have to say I've gone to a lot of Taco Bells and today is Cinco de Mayo. This restaurant was on its game tonight. My food was hot it was appropriately proportioned and the service was excellent. My compliments to the person that prepared my food and all the staff tonight. I'll pass the word on this is the best Taco Bell in Chesapeake
Horrible service and management. Ordered delivery through Taco Bell app. Missing 2 chicken flatbread melts, over $10 in food and they couldn’t find the order. They told me if I had ordered it they would be able to find it. Manager hung up on me because they said I raised my voice. She called me a liar, said I didn’t order it on the Taco Bell app. I’m done with Taco Bell

Over $28 for the 12 pack of tacos and 2 tostadas, and this is what the tostadas both looked like. Wife held the bag the entire time so it wasn't thrown around. Tacos were luke warm, and I live a mile away. Waste of money going here.

Generally have a great experience here, but placed an order through the app today, and after I picked it up (around 2:30pm), I noticed my entire order was not there. When I called and asked if they could refund that part of the order, I was told “that’s not our problem”, which is true. It’s mine. I placed 100 percent of the order and you gave me 90 percent of it. Anyways. After being told I was rude numerous times for asking them to refund the part of the order I didn’t receive, and being told it’s not their problem, it made sense to share that with google. If you order items off the menu here, and don’t receive them, expect to be insulted and dismissed.
