Overall happy with this location. There's been a couple times where they would forget the sauce or a crunchwrap wasn't as "full" as a previous order. Food is consistent for the most part. Not sure what everyone is talking about wait times, never really had to wait longer than maybe 5-7 minutes, if that. I'll also just go somewhere else if the line is wrapped around the building. Staff is friendly, will keep coming back.

Nobody at the counter but me. They saw me and still waited 2 minutes to take my order. Soft tacos had about 4 tiny strands of cheese. No napkins or sauce in the to go bag. They charge a little more than other taco bells. That's a greedy owner.

I AM POSTING THIS ON THE BEHALF OF OVER SEVERAL EMPLOYEES WHO WISH TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS DUE TO THE GROSS NEPOTISM OF THIS PARTICULAR FRANCHISEE: On Tuesday 12/12/23 A what seem to be senior citizen Asian employee being verbally attacked by two African American female employees working opposite of her , (this was reported by customer witnesses to franchisee). One female employee goes outside to call relative. An hour later employee relative(also employed currently by franchise)entered restaurant attempting to attack Sr. Citizen Asian employee screaming racial slurs and profanity( employee has filed and pressed chargers) . Upper management had been made aware numerous times of continuous hostile and unsafe work environment. Employees should not have to work under a conditions that warrants physical attacks from employees and or relatives if an employee feels another has upset them. Nor retaliations and other disparities that come with excessive nepotism within this franchise.

They don’t use the boxes for the food I order and often get the order wrong. Nothing is labeled so when ordering for multiple people you have to awkwardly open up wrappers and figure out whos food it is.
