Hi nasty commentary regarding not wanting to take drive thru orders after 12 midnight and sending people to kempsville where they are more busy and quiet frankly have better customer service is off putting. Management should work on the overall team attitude after 10pm because while it may not be desirable to work it seems to be one the work conditions. I hope in the future they can fix this less than satisfactory experience

Drive-thru line took too long to get me thru at my lunch hour. I wasn't expecting 15-20 minutes for 3 cars in line when I got to drive thru with a mobile order.

Placed a small order two drinks two tacos and two cinnamon twists. Eating on the drive home. Tacos were good. Drinks were cold. Reach into the bag for a tasty treat....it was empty. Called the restaurant to ask for a credit back to my card and they said they can't do that. I live in Elizabeth City, so no way I'm driving back for them. Next time I'll go to Popeyes.
