Let's not pretend to Taco Bell has any kind of atmosphere or that any of the employees there give any craps about their customers or their employers. I come from the restaurant business if my staff was giving away that much free sauces and side stuff I would be pissed at them. On top of it it was an online order placed 20 minutes before we arrived none of it was ready and then when we left we were still missing about $20 worth of food. I despise fast food more and more every time I interact with the people who work there. It's not even their fault it's the corporations fault. Meanwhile mom and pop places fight tooth and nail to stay open and bend over backward to keep customers happy.

But after the interaction with the employee I left. No one needs to hear anyone's attitude when they're simply picking up a mobile order! Hope you have the day you deserve!

I ordered my food from door dash. Which it didn't take long to get the items. I finished eating but after two hours later my stomach was killing me badly and I felt very sick. I only ate a taco and water. Might have gotten food poisoning

I donāt usually go to this specific location and Iām gonna keep it that way! The only thing I got today was nacho fries, and they were old, stale and barely warm. The cashier at the drive through around 3:30 pm was not friendly at all, no smile or even a hello. She sat with her back to me for the 3/4 minutes I was waiting at the window to pay and get the food they cooked over 20/30 minutes prior to me arriving

Want to give a special thank you to the very nice gentleman ( I donāt have his name :() at the drive thru window at about 1:30pm on 11/10/24 . It was the second time I came through and both times the costumer service he provided was one of the best. Not only was he very polite , professional, and addressed me by my name he also had a very positive attitude and made my day. I am glad people like that still exist. I hope he gets recognized by his superiors as well.
