This is a filthy, filthy place. All the tables were filthy drink area nasty. The kitchen area disgusting. The cinnamon twist and chips horrible. The bathrooms were locked and when asked to get in were rude. Then there was no soap in females restroom and filthy. The health department needs to go to this place!!

I ordered a pickup order from this restaurant Uber Eats. I got there 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done. They didn't start making my order until I arrived. This is the second time this has happened. I wouldn't recommend going to this Taco Bell/KFC as they have no sense of urgency or respect for your time.

This place will try to make you sick. If you disagree with the guy in the window they serve you your food not even wrapped in the bag and cold. The guy wanted to argue about what size drink I ordered. Why do I have to deal with food poisoning because your man wants to change my order. It seems like your Google rating and willingness to improve means nothing though looking at your 3.0.

For weeks the lobby was closed, today no CO2 for drinks, lobby looks like it has not been mopped in 3 weeks. I ran franchises if restaurants in the past. I continue to come here because it is close, but I have never seen an above store manager at this location. If I ran this franchise I would station myself in this store for an extended period of time to get this under control. I spent 22 dollars today and it was another terrible experience. Also to add while I dined inside an employee is on the phone with a friend telling her how her friend had an abortion.

We placed our order on line from the parking lot. We were the only customers when we went inside with 1 car in Drive thru so you would think the service and food would be great. WRONG. I ordered a 12PC nugget meal w/ mashed potatoes and gravy as my side. The girl gave us our order immediately and as I checked I saw now utensils or straws
