If I could rate this 0 star I would. No customer service at all. They ignore you like you don't exist. Atleast four of them on the back no one came up to the front and acknowledge. I have to yell to call someone. Worst store ever.

We ordered a vegetarian black bean crunch wrap in the drive through and we’re given a beef crunch wrap. I called the store 6 times in the 30 min after returned home to eat and each time the phone rang and eventually mad a ‘fax’ noise. I used the ‘contact’ link at the bottom of the website and was unable to submit because the store is KFC & Taco Bell and wasn’t listed as one of the choices, so I couldn’t even reach the store that way.

Never go here, worst experience ever. They have a sign up that they don't issue refunds for a reason. The manager is insignificant, and the drive-thru window cashier Banning literally will work fast food forever her attitude sucks and I'm positive KFC is the height of her career prospects.
