You literally cannot find even fancy restaurants that will keep you waiting as long as these Taco Bell locations do in our area. This is just sickening. Close the building down.

All these people commenting about how bad this location is as if there's some imaginary people at the top who care about Taco Bell. This is a hollowed out corporate shell of a company mixed with the current demographic willing to work at that location in that area. That the reality. Nobody cares about our complaints because we still choose to eat here. So this is where you get. The worst parts of corporate America mixed with people who hate working there.

The owner of this franchise needs to shake up this location. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through just to get to the window. Then the employee does not even look at me or make eye contact or say hello. Just hands me drinks. And leans over counter while someone else cooks the food. You pay your people to sit around while there 5+ cars stalled waiting for food?

Yuck! 🤢 Came here tonight for a quick bite at around 9:00 PM on 10/14/25 and after the girl took my card to the far register at the front counter even though we were in the drive thru, and then seemed to take an eternity to give it back to me. Weird. So, while she is distracted by the high schoolers at the counter, we're just waiting for what, I don't know. 🤷♀️ Finally we get our food and both the chalupas tasted cold and the shells were hard and extremely tough to chew. Maybe they were stale? This used to be a decent Taco Bell, but for the past several months it's been really bad, especially in the evening.

I’ve been living in this area for over 20 years , this Taco Bell in particular used to be my favorite one, because of the good customer service and well food preparation. I can honestly say within the past few years this restaurant has gone down tremendously. Customer service is horrible and the food is always cold, when I make modifications to my order they are NEVER right. Not sure if this one is under new management or not, but something is not right. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!

Bruh I've been sitting in this dang drive-thru line at 9pm on a Wednesday and it's been over 20 minutes.
Four people in line already skipped on the drive thru and went home. I watched several YouTube videos and wrote a whole Google Review before they'll get my food out here.
You could literally go to the grocery store across the street and make your own tacos and burritos faster than this joint.
If you're in no rush for food and like wasting time in your car - come here. And the food is exactly what you expect - fine I guess. And the employees seemed fine as well but the place seemed understaffed.

Do not go after a fun night out. 20 mins is a fast visit in the drive thru (been 3 times with time in-between to make sure I got different workers) and sheshh. The short of it is of you are in desperate need for a quick late night meal, it would be faster to go to a Taco Bell that is farther from home.

This is by far one of the worst taco bells I've ever been to, EVERY single time I've ever came in the drive thru it has been a 25+ minute wait before I just give up and leave hungry. Extremely slow service....this place is very poorly managed. As I'm sitting here in the drive thru for the third time in a month trying to get food after I get off work with the same 5 cars in front of me for the last 25 minutes I have come to realize I really hate this place.
