Has to be the slowest Taco Bell i have ever been to. If its busy, expect to be waiting 30 to 60 minutes in line.

I should have known this place was going to be a health violation waiting to happen when I saw one of the staff members in plastic chef gloves cross from what I presume to be the mens restroom on his way to the kitchen. Despite this- I gave the benefit of the doubt, waited over 25 minutes to get order- received it and both cheeses were missing, Crunchwrap was soggy and upon further inspection I found a small black hair on the wrap (thankfully I hadnt eaten it yet). I get the staff doesn t make a lot of money- but this wasnt just a not good experience. It was disgusting. Management needs to do better.

I tried a new item... Loaded chicken nachos. When I opened the container my first thought was where is the chicken? So I'm picking through the mound of chips, cheese, sour cream and find THREE!! THREE PIECES of cubed chicken!
Oh my gracious... rip off!!
Come on Taco Bell! You have WAY more money than we do. Will N-O-T be going back ever again.

This evening we ordered crispy chicken tenders, nacho fries and a drink. The chicken tenders look more like nuggets we're not fresh and were burnt.
