When I received my taco’s there was little to no meat on them. I took one up to the manager, Maria who was very offensive. She said that was a scoop very rudely. I told her I would bring the other one up as it was the same way. I was told no need. Luckily the all had a raise and obviously no training in customer service.

I got 2 tacos and it had about a teaspoon of meat on each and about 3cups of lettuce and 3 shreds of cheese on it i gave it to the birds.

Manager in Red shirt was rude to an employee about not taking orders at the window. We messed up and added a item to put order. The manager handled this poorly with the employee working the window. Sorry miss you were amazing and thank you for taking our order.

I have no idea what's going on with the crew today working at 130pm, the lady's working register. Mainly the one whom handed me my food with a bun also working window.. Had the WORST CUSTOMER service I've ever experienced. I work for retail/customer service. This is unprofessional, making the store itself frowned upon. The whole lobby is upset by our service. Remember we are HOW you get paid, raises & etc. A smile is free if anything at all.. I pray yall fix the source... and have a positive adjustment moving forward.. 😘

They never fail to NOT give me what I ordered. Every single time I order they miss at least one item. To top it off, their phone just rings busy constantly so you can’t even complain. $2 for a plain soft taco is crazy enough, but to not even get it is crazier.

While I was eating my tasty Crunchwrap yesterday some dude came in, and robbed the place. And I dropped my Crunchwrap and then the robber fingered me. Would not recommend this place if you don’t want to get fingered by robbers.

Ordered taco bell for my family , a quesadilla, 2 grilled cheese burritos and a luxe box, and one reg beef taco. The luxe box was missing items, and we did not get the single taco. The chips we received where small broken pieces, like from the bottom of the batch.
One of the worst taco bells in the area. So slow and yet 50/50 if your food is even warm amd they always skimp on the fillings. Quesadillas end up being half full. Tea is always watered down, too. For the ridiculous prices, I expect better.

Not sure why everytime I go to this location and ask for a DORITOS cheesy Gordita crunch they look at me like I have 2 heads??? I always have to specify over and over that I want the DORITOS VERSION and even after specifying I get the normal plain one. Shame on you and Taco Bell you should make your employees know and study the menu to avoid issues like this.
