This place has become a real joke. 20 minutes to get a waitress, order food 30 minutes later still nothing. 4 tables in the restaurant on a Wednesday evening. This place has seriously gone downhill. Not real sure how they are still in business.

The service can be a bit slow... but the good is very good. We normally order the Ruben's w/ onion rings or their potato wedge things. The Brussel sprout appetizer is absolutely delicious. We don't normally eat in anymore due to service and sometimes it's a bit loud but we will order out. They are open late so my husband can pick up on his way home from work and we can eat late night.

Usually we love it here. When we came this last Thursday there was a band. We enjoyed our mixed drinks, since they usually don't have a beer we like. We had fried pickles as an appetizer. I had the burger with the egg, and my husband had the chicken sandwich, each with fries. When we got home, he had a bad allergic reaction that continued through the night and into the next day. The only allergy he has is to shellfish - the restaurant must have fried one of his foods in the same vat as the crab cakes or some other seafood. I tried to call the restaurant twice the next day to let them know. Thankfully he has had the full round of allergy shots and his reaction isn't lethal, but someone else's could be. Each time I called, there was no manager I could talk to but they left a message on his/her desk. I never got a call back. Hopefully they see this review and remedy the situation. I would hate someone to have a worse reaction than my husband did. Please separate the shellfish oil from everything else!Dietary restrictions: Not a safe restaurant for those allergic to shellfish.

Not impressed. Service average and most of our orders were either overcooked or undercooked. Also, noticed after leaving we paid an additional "convenience charge". Not sure why since we paid cash .

Ordered takeout….Brisket sandwich- burnt bun, brisket was super dry.Cornbread apt- they gave me one square piece of cornbreadChicken tenders- if you life 1.2in of breading that’s partially burnt go for it.Kids burger- patty half the size of the bun.Ranch- A++Salad- AReally disappointed with the quality of food for the price. It’s way too expensive. The service was very nice. I was so bummed when I got home and opened the containers was looking forward to it.

I came in Wednesday night my family and I for my daughter 21st birthday. We had the best bartender! I highly recommend this place! She was amazing, the food & drinks were great as well!
The food was delicious and our amazing server, Tracy, was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be returning!

Disappointed. First, had to ask if they had the beyond burger. (Took 10 minutes.) When the waitress came back with the burgers, 10 minutes after that, it had cheese on it. She apologized, took it back and said that the bun had egg in it. I asked what happened to the old buns: they no longer carry it and have no plans to bring it back. I really liked this place but I guess that place is out of my locations I can eat. The waitress was new, polite, but obviously the restaurant has changed. Not vegan or allergy friendly anymore.

Please explain to me why you are out of 4 beers and supplies to make mixed drinks early on a Friday. Food was subpar bar food and wait staff was horrible I normally tip 20% for adequate service. This girl Got 10%.We got the wrong beer told her it was wrong and she said nope that what you ordered I promise. If we hadn't been out with a group I would have left.
