First time experience today! Store is decor is cute and very clean. Staff was friendly and had amazing aesthetics. Taro smoothie was absolutely delicious.

Amazing my daughter and i are obsessed with it we always get the strawberry green tea and the peach popping boba it is truly amazing would recommend I love that you can Control the sweetness and the ice . we went there today and we got 3 drinks we got our normal then I kiwi one with yogurt piping boba

when the screen asked how I wanted my receipt I did email, and then when I got my order the drinks were right but the other 2 things I had ordered were wrong they couldn’t give the right cookie flavor I had ordered and then they claimed the other cookie my mom had picked out wasn’t ordered so I tried getting my receipt up from Gmail but it wasn’t sent and still hasn’t been so I had to buy another one I just didn’t really like their attitude I would’ve just left with the one cookie if they hadn’t gotten snarky, I’m sure they could’ve easily pulled up my order again on their screen but they didn’t. What’s so hard about “oh I’m so sorry I gave you the wrong thing and not the one you asked for, and I also didn’t give you your other item let me make sure” and not “oh you can’t show your receipt so yes I gave you the right item I can’t fix it for you” I bought another one so my mom could have the flavor she wanted smh.
