Today was my first time going in and it was very cute. My 10 year old daughter has been before with her grandmother and loved it. She has been begging me to bring her back to get the taro milk tea. I did try it and it was very flavorful. I liked that they offer a rewards system and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back again when we come to visit the area.

My sister brought me to the “ Tapioca Go“ for my first time. It was very busy and crowded with lots of people standing around. The waiting area isn’t that large so I felt cramped. The staff was very nice and friendly even though they were very busy. The menu was very complex and complicated for a first timer. My drink was very tasty and I enjoyed it very much. Tapioca Go is a really cute and quaint boba shop and I have enjoyed every visit! Their selection of both various drinks and fillings is quite extensive and you can get a great deal of different drink! The employees were great. But my daughter found a small tooth in her drink. The manager still has not called me yet. It has been after 24hrs, even with it being a Holiday. I will be calling a lawyer first thing in the morning. And we will start the process of suing, and finding out where the tooth came from/ who it belongs to, because it does belong to anyone in my household... UNACCEPTABLE!!
