This place is a hole in the wall but the tacos are one of the best tacos I’ve had in Virginia. It’s a bar so expect the the loud music. The salsas are flavorful. The staff is very attentive.
Food was good, and their al pastor is the best I've had on the east coast, and their Aguas frescas were really good.Just a warning the place is a hole in the wall and the atmosphere is not your typical "las palmas" vibe, so if you are looking for that generic mexican restaurant feel look elsewhere. This place is a true hole in the wall...you'll drive by it and not know it. It is one of those places that is a neighborhood place cause everybody knows everybody but that's okay. The staff went out of their way to be kind and assist me with some translation to what I wanted. This place has mamasita in the kitchen....truly! This place is what you would find in a Mexican neighborhood. This is NOT like a chain or any standard place you go to. Food is great....real....nothing...
