We love the food. We have ordered from the restaurant for over 5 years. The food is always consistently good. We have ordered a variety of items and never had any issues. The family that owns the restaurant is very pleasant. My only disappointment is that their prices have increased drastically over the past year. Prices are going up everywhere, so it is expected, but the prices are very high here now, and the portions have gotten smaller. The food has remained fresh and delicious.

I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years; the best Chinese take out place in the area. A family owned/operated place that gets to know you; they know what you order each time - and are always super friendly. I have always enjoyed each meal; and it's always served in a very timely manner. For the low reviews... I'd say that they are wrong - I've never been disappointed with quality; quantity; or timeliness... period. I'd challenge anyone to find a better place.Regardless - I'll keep my loyalty and keep giving them my business!

We have been eating at Taste of China for years. They have the best chicken teriyaki and fried rice, pork or chicken! Always friendly service. Hot and ready! We’ve had a variety of dishes and have always been pleased!

I've been going here for years! The family that runs the place are so nice and the food is fantastic! I recommend the cheese wontons! Yumm!

I waited 30+ minutes for my food and after an apologetic owner I wanted this food to be good. I was unfortunately disappointed. I ordered the Mongolian beef dinner combo. The fried rice was hard and tasteless. The Mongolian beef did not have a very good taste to it. My wife had the egg foo young and stayed the it was too salty. My overall impressions were not great and I would not recommend this food.

Food is not very good here. Low quality. To much sauce on meals. Hot and sour soup was awful. Egg rolls were tiny. Not the best Chinese restaurant in the area.

If I could rate this location with no stars, I would. This chicken was heavily salted, while the rice was extremely crunchy. The chicken fried rice contained large chunks of pale white meat, as if it had not been sautéed at all; it had no flavor whatsoever resembling that of a boiled chicken breast. Even worse was the pork fried rice. I'm sorry, but I must be completely frank: this food was not tasty at all.

We were hoping to find some good Chinese food but sadly, it wasn't found here.... Spring rolls had nothing in them....relatively taste free except for the wonton wrappers. Ordered beef teriyaki appetizer and it was pork....chicken teriyaki appetizer had no taste. The search in southern Chesapeake continues....

The food was the absolute worst the chicken wings was reheated and over cooked tremendously and the chicken was salty the rice was bland and scorched we will never go in there again first and last time going period.

TOC is our go-to for authentic Chinese food in the 757. The food is delicious, affordable, ready on time, and most importantly, the customer service is amazing! The owners are so friendly and always treat us like family.
