We love the food! The wait time not so much. I usually go to the one just off Norfolk naval base and service there is fast and food still taste amazing. Our order was placed 04:31pm and we got food served to us at 05:13pm after it was wrongly served to another customer's table lol there was only one other group of customers and they got there after us so for 42minutes of wait time is little too much. I understand that they're working on online orders but just comparing this experience with their other location, thats all.

The whole wings were fried too hard too much seasoning dry and it tasted like the grease was old. The beef patty was deep fried in the same old chicken grease and they put the wings on top of the patty so when I got it it was nothing but a greasy lump of dough.

Mint lemonade was fire though....they got down for that.

This place serve some amazing food. My mother and I went there for lunch today for the first time and we were not disappointed. This is my favorite new spot now☺️

I ordered Beef Kabob wrap the first time last October 3 and it was big and almost good for 2, it was delicious. That’s why I decided to go order again today October 20 and to my surprise, it was way smaller than what I had the first time! Same price, same order! Reached out to them but nah, didn’t do much. It’s totally unfair to do this to paying customers

Waited in line for 10 mins to have to ask someone to help us… no one spoke to us as we walked in! The food looks old and I will never come back. NO THANK YOU

Ordered Chicken shawarma bowl. Not much of variety in bowl, let alone offerings to add. Everything was precooked looking like a few days old, just reheated to put on dish. I love Mediterranean food on a fresh fresh basis. The taste was not complete like it should be. For a few dollars more I can get a fresher dish with a variety of additions at places of the like.

We came in for the first time in a Sunday. I ordered the lamb pita (which was made up of did that was already cooked) and a smoothie. It took over 40 minutes for the food to come and after another 10 minutes I cancelled my drink.

If you can't provide food in a reasonable amount of time, let your customer know.

The food wasn't bad, but I'm not coming back

This place is amazingly put together and clean. The food is really good for the price especially the sandwiches. The cake is good as well. The customer service is good when you’re at the register.

I visited Ten10 Restaurant for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of my food (EXTREMELY DELICIOUS), the customization of my meal and smoothie, and the variety of foods offered on the menu. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. I ordered the Chicken Bowl and a banana and strawberry smoothie. My experience was MAGNIFICENT! I also like the fact that they are open 23 hours, from 7 a.m. to 5 a.m., 7 days a week and they offer Mediterranean, Italian and American Cuisine. Please stop by and visit them, you won't go wrong.
