Never had a bad experience here but itās never stellar either. Iāve never had to wait long even on Friday or Saturday nights. Service is usually quick & attentive but not personal. Rolls arenāt consistent in my opinion- but the meals are good.

I like the friendly atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. The only thing was the rice had too much salt for my taste. I normally put spices in my food and a pinch of salt.

Cons I came on a Sunday mar 10 the place was pack I figured it was just popular since there was nothing special that day
The seater or hostess had communicated wrong to my wife we were seated at a group table later we were moved to our table and my wife was upset but after we calmed down the food the atmosphere and the waiter made her mood better I was embarrassed only because we had to move in eyes is on this I could say that the hostess/seater did seem frustrated but I wasn't around when the hostess/seater called our name
Does this look like medium to any one ? Steak was uncooked and good was bad. Service is good I would say avoid this place before you get food poisoning.

I normally love Texas Roadhouse, but I ordered the grilled chicken last night, and when I cut into my chicken, there were two spots that had blood in them, and the rest of the chicken was still pink inside! Uncooked chicken is a health hazard, and could cause salmonella poisoning! I am so disappointed, because the food is normally great! The cooks need to be checking the temperature of the meat, to ensure it's thoroughly cooked! Also, my house salad had some pieces of brown lettuce. It will be a very long while before I go back!

Went for the first time ever, on my birthday. Service was good but had to wait on refills, steak wasn't done enough and they tried to take the steak I cut into three separate pieces with the fork & knife I already used back to cook it longer which I think is SUPER unsanitary. I had to ask for a whole new steak. The new steak was overcooked & unseasoned and none of the onions & mushrooms that come on it. I did not complain about second steak or the missing onions & mushrooms because I was already over it & it was my birthday. IF I went back I definitely would not order steak! Everything else was really good tho!!
I want ro give the Chefs kudos last night March 9th. Our dinner was spot on steaks cooked to order and reasonable wait time with the crowded facility. Destyne was our wonderful waitress who was under pressure with the crowds but she kept it under control and Happy. So funny and made sure frequently that we had all we needed. She should be managing for sure. She may already be in a top tier position but certainly deserves a pay raise at least.

Service was slow, steaks were undercooked and kitchen missing ingredients. Sweet tea tasted horrible. Carbonation was nonexistent in this establishment. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

Youāre better off walking to England than waiting for their curbside. I am disabled and cannot leave my car easily so curbside is my go to. My food was ready at 4:36 (notified via text). They proceeded to not bring out my food or answer the phone, but would bring out other peopleās food. I was parked at curbside like everyone else. I checked in. Awful awful experience. Wonāt be coming back. By the time I got my food, it was cold and soggy and gross.
