Our waitress sent me out a raw steak when I asked for a medium steak. She served my wife's food, and my roommate steak that was well done came out 15 minutes later . They only took $20 off the bill and after I left they didn't even give me my other side dish. Terrible service terrible food very unpleasant experience. I just recently checked back on the review from weeks ago and no response. Reading your reviews, TR should find new cooks instead of hiring off of Craigslist

Always a good steak meal at the best prices in town. During peak dining times, use their app to get on the waiting list for a table before getting into your car ... or expect to wait for as much as an hour and a half for a table once you arrive.

Went for my Birthday dinner today. I picked out a 16 oz ribeye steak to celebrate. I ordered it rare. They over cooked it. They had me pick out a new steak. When my food came back out my sides and toppings were cold. They replaced the toppings. The first batch of rolls we were given were overcooked. They were a dark brown and hard. Our waitress Ms. Shay was awesome. She took care of us. And tried her best to make my dinner special. Normally we have a great experience eating dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Today was not a good day to eat there. We went early to beat the dinner rush. The restaurant was freezing. We asked if the heat was on. They said it was turned on at 3pm. They open at 3pm. Overall very disappointed.

This place has gone down hill, used to be the spot. Don’t eat here and go somewhere else. Food is nasty found a bug in my food. Servers are rude and they get mad if you complaint to them about something simple. They don’t check on you if you need anything. You would have to beg on your knees to get the service you need. Also they are there to take your money and customer service doesn’t exist there.
