(3 people in our party) Steak, potato and fries were cold. Steak was dry. At least they got the salad and beer right. They were ice cold. Wife’s steak was extremely rare - not what she ordered. We sent it back to be reheated 15 minutes later when they brought it back…. Though cooked to order…. It had been sitting too long and cold when delivered it. It’s been a hit or miss eating there, but this was the last straw. We will never eat there again. It’s a waste of time and waste of money. I know it’s not the cooks fault except for my wife’s rare steak, but the server. We watch her the entire time. She spent most of her time talking to coworkers(back to us 90% of the time and was very difficult getting her attention) and not checking on her customers.

Last night was my second visit to this location and all I ordered was a salad. After an hr and half I still had not received my salad. My father ordered a salad and he didn’t get his either. We walked out. The couple behind us walked out as well. They never got their food. We visited earlier in the week and one of the tables in our party didn’t get their food until our other party was getting ready to leave. They’re gonna lose business and great customers if they don’t fix the problem in the kitchen

This location is 10/10 every time ive been ive gotten consistent results in everything. Although Samantha stands out as the best bartender so far.Kid-friendliness: Yes it's Texas road house ofcourse kids will have fun.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible and open parking.

The service and food are great. The atmosphere is fabulous...until you walk into the bathroom. Used the ladies room during my visit last Sunday and it was bad. Scraps of toilet paper on the floor, water all over the counter and just a bad, gas station like smell to it. It was disappointing.Kid-friendliness: They have a pretty comprehensive menu for children. Tasty kid burger and the mac n cheese are favs.

Always worth the wait...Dietary restrictions: My sister is allergic to everything, they hooked it up..
Wow, they were so busy we waited for an hour, then we waited another hour and a half after ordering. I think they need to be realistic on how big of a party they can actually accommodate on a busy night. We ended up canceling food and leaving hungry.

Our server Tyler made our experience great. He was funny, personable, considerate, and gave us great recommendations. We used the text ahead seating for a party of 5 including a child and were seated shortly after checking in at the restaurant. Steaks were cooked well, maybe a little over but still very delicious. We also ordered cocktails. This is definitely a good Texas RoadhouseKid-friendliness: They have booster seats, high chairs, and a kid's menu

There always busy. That tells ya something right there. Good , Consistent, attentive all come to mind. Rolls will make ya drool there so good. Steaks have always been cooked to order. I Will say the potatoes skins are lack luster go with the cheese fry’s. You can get on the waitlist with there website to save time. There’s no steak option on the food to choose. The ribeyes and sirloin are my go to.
