Love their prime rib! Service is outstanding from the hostess stand to server to management stopping by to say hi. Never disappointed always leave with a to go box cause I can’t miss out on their homemade desserts.
They served me a “wedge salad” that was just a giant piece of lettuce cut in half and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese… it was ridiculous, the steak was tough, and they served me Mac & cheese that looked like it was microwaved 8 times, and there was a group of hood rats sitting next to use making a bunch of noise and the restaurant didn’t care
Extremely disappointing. Went with my brother and our dad. Our server was never around. We all got ribeyes med rare. Mine and my dad's were completely raw. I waited 10 minutes before I could flag down our server who came over saw it was raw and then turned around and talked to his friends at the table next to us for another 10 minutes before taking it back. My dad then sent his entire steak back and the young man never retired it, he just never brought it back. Mine came back out 20 minutes later and it was now med well. I then gave up, had to ask another server for our check. I asked the hostess to speak with a manager and we never got one to our table. Maybe with a more attentive server it wouldn't have been so bad but the young man was too busy talking to his friends in the booth next to us to pay us any attention at all.

I've been to a lot of great steakhouses, this isn't one of them. In fact this was the worst experience I've had in a lot of years. First we get a waiter more interested in shooting the breeze with his friends at the table next to us. Food comes out, my two sons ordered bone in ribeye cooked med rare. One comes out cooked right, the other is almost raw. My ribeye also comes out raw and cold. Waiter never stops by to ask how the food is we have to flag him down. My son asks the waiter to correct the steak. Now one might think at this point the waiter would grab the plate and return it to the kitchen. Nope, not this guy, he says give me a minute and starts talking to some people he knows at another table. After 3 or 4 minutes, he finally takes the steak back.
My 16 oz ribeye was so raw I could barely cut it. After eating the beans and cucumber salad I told the waiter to take my plate with 75% of the steak on it. One would think a good waiter would ask, is your steak ok? Is there anything wrong? Nope, not our guy, he just takes it away. At this point I can't get out of there fast enough. Good steakhouses can be hard to find and this isn't one of them.

This was our first time going to this establishment for my sister’s birthday and we had high hopes for this restaurant. We had a party of 7 and all of our sides were served cold. I ordered the filet and it was so tough, I had to saw it with my steak knife. Lastly 4 out of the 7 of us got sick after eating. The restaurant was not busy and our drinks were constantly emptied for quite some time before we got another. Definitely will not be back.

Great place for dinner or a date night with that someone special. The she crab soup eas pretty good as well as the seafood nachos. The protein to chip ratio could use some work. The French Dip was also cooked well. Service was outstanding and ambiance while a bit dark for my liking did seem to fit the mood.

It was a rough night. The service is usually pretty good, but tonight was an F. We were there for a bit before we got drinks and we then ordered. 45 minutes later, we cancelled our order and went to another restaurant. While this isn't the norm, tonight was unacceptable.

Had extremely high hopes due to name and reputation we had reservations, so seating was not a big deal the likely the very best part of it all i had crab cake.My significant had some type of prime rib we had crab dip as an appetizer and oysters Rockefeller some of our sides were risotto mashed potatoes and asparagus it was all just a solid three the waitress gave us the wrong ticket at first until we noticed that we didn't order any oatmeal cookies and other things that we personally would never have ordered plus that bill was a little bit over $200. for just the two of us, ours was not that far behind we drank water parking was great. The bathroom was clean perhaps we will try the virginia beach location in the far future.
Kid-friendliness: There were quite a few kids in there. And they all seem to be doing okay,

Can’t even give the food a rating as my parents never got a chance to sit and eat for their Valentines date. Their reservation was set 2 week ago and confirmed twice before the day.
They show up early for their reservation and get sat at the bar for almost an hour to wait for a table just for the hostess to FORGET about them…. Truly disappointed that they weren’t able to enjoy their evening out.
What’s the purpose of a reservation if they’ll just forget about you being there.

This is our usual go-to for celebrations. I don’t think I’ll be back though unfortunately. It’s when downhill in the past year. Food was lukewarm, portions are small and prices are high. Our waiter was great and attentive but the food was not worth $140.

Very expensive! For 1 person it cost over $60. Food is average, portions are small. Staff were polite and the restaurant was clean.

I'm not sure how you can charge over $50 for a steak dinner when you are giving customers menus covered in crayon, a VERY wobbily table, a ripped up booth seat, cheap sides on a special, and an extremely long wait for desserts.
Yes, the food was pretty good. Although, I didn't like my "loaded" mashed potatoes. Very underwhelming and not "loaded". My steak was cooked as asked. Yay.
Don't know why we were served 2 different types of green beans, however. One looked like it came from a dollar store can.
The cookies and milk dessert was VERY LAME. ZERO effort there. The glass of milk was too narrow to dunk the cookies too. Wth?
The early bird special is legit. That is the way to go. The dining room was filled by 5pm.
Our server was proficient, and knowledgeable. No issues there.
Probably won't return. Too much competition out there, paying attention to the little details, and not making me poor just by treating ourselves to a simple celebration steak dinner.
So overall it's a Meh, from me. :/

This rating is HEAVILY weighted on the price of the meal. Price itself isn't of concern to me if I'm going out to a nice place. That said, if I'm paying a pretty decent amount for a meal, I expect excellent service and excellent food. The restaurant itself is nice if not a little tight on space on the floor, but I can get over that. The service was not bad, but I've had better service at an Outback. I got a refill on my water once when it was about half-full and didn't get an offer after. I ordered a drink, The Butcher's Mule, which was really good, so I ordered another. My friend ended up getting a glass of wine, which was not ordered, and I did not get my drink. We ordered the Seafood Nachos and Calamari for appetizers. The Nachos plate is enormous, but there wasn't much seafood in it. I was admittedly a little nervous after that because I had ordered the Seafood Mac and Cheese for dinner. The calamari was awful. Felt like we were chewing rubber bands. As far as the Mac, huge bowl, and it had a decent amount of seafood. My problem was with the pasta. The pasta was cooked unevenly and some noodles had almost like a soft crunch to it. I didn't finish it and ended up fishing (no pun intended) around for the seafood. The flavor wasn't bad but it didn't stand out. My friend ordered a steak, not sure which one, but it was $50 and apparently was not any better than a steak that costs half as much at any chain steakhouse. Did not order dessert. I was definitely a little disappointed and won't be returning...at least on my own dime again. It wasn't a terrible experience but for the price I expected quite a bit more. I would have preferred half the portions with actual substance and well cooked. I had heard really good things and maybe I came in on the infamous "off night", but I can't recommend a place that's inconsistent if paying these prices.

My wife and I attended last night for our anniversary. We were both floored, being charged $52 for a pork chop, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I didn't know what it was going to cost because no prices were on the "special" menu. I hate to penny pich but $52 for a piece of pork is outrageous.

I wish I didn’t butchered my time and money!!!!
We had family here from out of town and wanted to take the family out to dinner. Don’t know how we ended up here but it was a horrible experience. Upon entering the restaurant the staff was NOT welcoming and then proceeded to tell us that they were unable to sit all (12) of us together. They had plenty to tables available but they stated that they were for reservations. So one of the staff member went and got the manager and off the jump he quickly guided us to the available tables. He saw the color of our money and not the color of our skin!!!!! Anyway a few seconds later the manager came back and said to give him a few minutes to put some tables together to move us to the back. After waiting out a hour for barely warm food with great disappointment the food was awful .I personally ordered the pork belly bites and it was tough dry and old tasting. Another family member order a medium rare steak and it was raw. Someone got pork chops and it was too tough to eat so it got sent back. Only two of our family members enjoyed what they ordered, which was NOTHING that was so smart wish I had done the same. I know spending time with family supposed to be priceless but this costed me $115 bucks !!!!!!!
