Good food, though the 6 oz. sirloin could have been better, and good service. But our mixed drinks cost more than our entrees! We ordered a 100% agave tequila margarita (but who wouldn't) that cost a whopping $19. I've never paid that much for a margarita let alone any mixed drink. We'll probably be back, but we may skip the drinks.

I miss Lynn! She is the best! The food has severely declined here! Is the management the issue here? Because this place used to be so good.

I'm usually a fan of the Butcher's Son but the service I received last week didn't meet the mark. The waitress I had was very dry and had an attitude the whole time we were there and I was there to celebrate a birthday. She didn't make us feel welcomed and it's ashame because this was one of the places the birthday boy loved to come to.

Went for our Anniversary. The food was delicious. I had the farmhouse stuffed chicken, my husband had a steak. Very large portions, we both had leftovers to take home. Our waitress was wonderful. We never had to wait on drink refills. Over all a great restaurant.

I stop by The Butcherâs Son Chesapeake pretty often and always have a great experience. Chad always gives awesome service and Jen, the manager, is super nice and easy to talk to. Always a good vibe here!

I was expecting a more high end experience but the vibe was on a longhorn level. Service excellent. Great server. One of the best martinis I have ever had. My bone in cowboy steak was huge but not seasoned. Had to add salt and pepper and when I got home...steak sauce. Which I rarely add if the steak is cooked right. Not bad but not the best.

Beautiful place, dim lighting made for a romantic setting. Our server was a young guy and he was great!! The meal was not only delicious but it was perfect serving size. I had the chicken which was amazing!!

This was an expensive mistake! I came with family to celebrate my sonâs birthday. I ordered the ribeye medium well with a crabcake. My steak came out well done. Our waiter Preston who was wonderful. Apologized and said he would get me another one. So I asked for medium thinking it would come out medium well. Boy, was I wrong! It came out well done again. My husband ordered a medium sirloin and it also came out well done. The crabcake lacked seasoning and was falling apart. Iâve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse!
We will not be returning.
The food was tasteless and disappointing. The steak was burnt and way too rare. The potato wasnât âloadedâ and the appetizers were mediocre at best. Completely overpriced.
