Its...ok. the service was good this trip. We got the unlimited boneless wings and personally I only got the one basket. Personally I did not care for their boneless wings. Having the toy and game machines right by the table distracted my kids for eatting too.

We love the Dirty Buffalo and decided to give this location a try. It was not busy at all, just a few tables. The other waitresses were very attentive to their tables, but unfortunately, not ours. And I believe we were her only table that I even saw her taking care of which says a lot. She was MIA for most of our time there. When we finally did get our food, after watching people who came in after us get there's, it was lukewarm at best. There were just three of us and not difficult orders. We have never not left a tip, but this server was just unfriendly and mostly not anywhere to be seen. I'll go back to the OG where the service has always been great.

Everything was good taste wise. Speed of service was really slow. Three servers and a bar tenders for less than 15 tables. It was not busy and the kitchen took long enough for us to really take notice. All of our food was cold/ like warm when it arrived but we weren't about to send it back and wait even longer. Still the food tasted good. Friends say the one on little creek is always on point so if we give it another shot we will go to that location instead.
I accidentally placed an order at this location last week as I meant to place an order at a different location and immediately called to cancel my order The lady that answered the phone said that the order was cancelled and that I could go ahead and place the order at the correct location. It has been a week now and I have not received a refund for the cancelled order. Also, I have been trying to submit a message on the website to address this concern and it doesn’t even work.

So quiet in here. No music tv on but no sounds. I see they are so use to their regulars cause they got all the attention. Even the ones that came in after me. Not very good customer service. I felt out of place there. But my waitress was a doll she did check on use twice. A suggestion makes all customers feel welcome no matter if they are regulars or not.
Food was cold, had no flavor. Waitress was more interested in her friends than paying attention to her only table. Won't be back again that's for sure.

Sat at a table for at least 15 minutes before we decided to walk out. No one spoke to us at all and watched 2 waitresses ignore us. Can’t tell you about the food but can tell you the customer service is non-existent. The restaurant was not busy either. It’s understandable if it’s packed but it wasn’t even close to being half full. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

This restaurant is great, like they even have strawberry lemonade! The strawberry lemonade is great, but I’ll be over exaggerating if I said it was to die for. I usually order chicken strips, and they are the bomb! The fries is the cherry on the top. They got my order wrong before, so always check your food. And it takes a while for your food to be served, but other than that, definitely a restaurant that is out there! Would definitely recommend to friends. I will come back.

This review is for the Grassfield Dirty Buffalo. We called for pickup for the first time. We liked the food from a previous visit to the restaurant, and expected the same for pick up. Not so! I think this may have been the worst food I have ever had. My onion rings were burned and they still send them out??? I also ordered the chicken wings. They were very tough like they had been warmed up for a day, All in all very poor dinner. Wont make that mistake again.

Service was good, the server was amenable to our requests within reason. The food came out promptly - actually quicker than expected and it tasted pretty good, though some food was a tad too salty for my personal taste. The major issue I had going there was the spice level. I have been to The Dirty Buffalo at the locations in Norfolk and Virginia Beach, and each time the Dumb Dumb sauce was on point with the level of heat. Whatever I got at the Grassfield location was not even close to spicy (my wife who doesn't enjoy high levels of spice tried it with no issue) and that was ultimately the most disappointing part since that is the number one reason I go out for wings. I mentioned to the server that I did not think this was the right sauce and she asked if I wanted a container of the Dumb Dumb sauce which I gladly accepted. I was disappointed that the sauce was actually what was on the wings and didn't even register as hot, maybe medium, if that is a sauce there. Next time I'll go back to the Princess Anne location to see if the sauce has changed over there, and if so I'll have to sadly look for another location for truly spicy wings.
