The best yogurt and employees 💕
The yogurt ice cream is great. Unfortunately the staff were busy on their phones when we came in and did not greet us but they were friendly when we went to check out. I would suggest less phone time for the front staff in order to greet customers appropriately when they come in. Thank you so much for the wonderful ice cream!
Dietary restrictions: One vegan option
Kid-friendliness: Seems friendly enough for kids. I would suggest covering the food options so they aren't just left out in the open for anyone to touch
Wheelchair accessibility: Unsure but plenty of space to move around

I came to praise this store on their excellent customer service, and I am stunned to see so many negative reviews. I had come into this location this week and was instantly greeted by the nice young lady at the front. I have quite a bit of allergies and it is difficult to find anything delicious AND allergen free. The nice young lady answered all of my questions regarding ingredients and had such a great attitude despite my long list of needs. She even asked me what flavor of Skinny 8 I would like to see next since that is the only flavor I can have at the moment. I think this goes beyond the expectations of great customer service. Unless there are more blonde young women working for this store, I find it very hard to believe she was of no help to previous customers. I was asked how my day was going, if I found everything okay despite our struggles, and was thanked for my business. When I was not being helped, the employee was cleaning, which was great to see amidst the upcoming flu season. I will definitely be returning to this store more often. It is not like me to leave reviews even ones of this length, but I have never felt more welcomed in a store than I have this week.

The last two times we have not received the right amount of our order. Hardly any yogurt and lots of topping. Not large enough to cost 12.50 each. We have been ordering from here for over a year. Very sad to say we probably will stop ordering.
So, apparently after I paid $27 dollars for two cups. It became FREE!.. Today 9-7-2024 about 3.20 the young blonde girl was giving away free cups with toppings to her friend right in front of customers. Then left my wife and I there in the store by ourselves. She went in the back for about 20 minutes. And was there when we left. And four of the flavors were orange. Even the vanilla. Nasty, I'll not be back.

From reading the other comments apparently my experience was a pretty common one. Even from years ago… same exact experience.Came in for the first time with my family and there was no staff present. I had questions considering we had never been and had to ask a customer if they knew since I couldn’t find anyone who worked there. When we were done getting our froyo and heading to the register two young guys came from the back and didn’t acknowledge us at all. I said hello and the only response I got was the total. A whopping $45 for 3 froyos. As soon as they got done checking us out without any other words they headed right back to wherever place they had been before only reappearing to take the money when someone would come to the register.I guess the prices are so high so they can get as much money from a customer as possible since it is unlikely they’ll return, at least we won’t. Froyo was subpar in addition. I feel robbed.

This place is horrible. No one was even in the shop when we walked in. A few minutes after being inside two teens came out from the back. They did not acknowledge us at all. We got three barely filled cups and it was over $33! It was dirty, over priced and the customer service was awful. That was my first and last time there.

We've been to this location multiple times, it's always been rather dingy but now it's just beyond acceptable and today was definitely the last time we'll be going here. While there today, there was not an employee in sight. We were getting our ice cream while customers waited at the counter for quite some time before an employee (hard to tell he even worked there as his clothes were normal street clothes, nothing indicating Skinny Dip) finally came out and rang them up. The ice cream just leaked out of the machines and the toppings were scarce. The overall cleanliness of the place is what bothered me the most today. Like I mentioned previously, it's always been dingy, but now it's so bad....this is months, if not years of dirt and grime caked onto the walls, windows/door, floor, and sitting booths. We had to eat at a filthy table with vinyl booths that were ripped and torn. There were multiple flies buzzing around us. It's apparent that the owner and employees don't care about their establishment. They have raised the price tremendously but haven't added anything new or changed up the awful falling apart tables and booths. It's insulting that they expect people to eat in that mess and hand over their hard earned money. It's a slap in the face. This place is the epitome of using covid as the perpetual excuse to be awful....we need to stop giving our money to places that don't respect their customers enough to keep a clean business. We don't need to live with bad customer service, bad products and quality, and higher prices and just chalk it up to covid. Go next door to Harris Teeter and buy a gallon of ice cream and some toppings until this place gets their act together.
Such a cute and clean fro yo place. Many different toppings options. This is my daughter's favorite icecream shop
