This place is horrible. No one was even in the shop when we walked in. A few minutes after being inside two teens came out from the back. They did not acknowledge us at all. We got three barely filled cups and it was over $33! It was dirty, over priced and the customer service was awful. That was my first and last time there.

You can never go wrong with Skinny Dip Frozen Yogurt. If you have a sweet tooth like me but want a slightly healthier option, froyo is a perfect choice. It has the same creamy, cold, sweet taste of ice cream with lower fat and more probiotics. Plus, Skinny Dip offers low-fat, dairy free, and no sugar added options.I usually opt for a mix of chocolate and vanilla froyo. From there, their endless toppings give you the ability to customize your yogurt into exactly what your craving. If I'm wanting something more light & fruity, I tend to add lots of strawberries and granola. If I'm in more of dessert mood, chocolate chip cookie dough bites & hot fudge really hit the spot.Your yogurt's price is based off of the weight of your final product. So you can use as many flavors of froyo and as many different toppings you want. This is really great place to go with family or friends during the warming months. There are lots of seats and tables both inside and outside the Skinny Dip for you and your group to enjoy this delicious treat!

We've been to this location multiple times, it's always been rather dingy but now it's just beyond acceptable and today was definitely the last time we'll be going here. While there today, there was not an employee in sight. We were getting our ice cream while customers waited at the counter for quite some time before an employee (hard to tell he even worked there as his clothes were normal street clothes, nothing indicating Skinny Dip) finally came out and rang them up. The ice cream just leaked out of the machines and the toppings were scarce. The overall cleanliness of the place is what bothered me the most today. Like I mentioned previously, it's always been dingy, but now it's so bad....this is months, if not years of dirt and grime caked onto the walls, windows/door, floor, and sitting booths. We had to eat at a filthy table with vinyl booths that were ripped and torn. There were multiple flies buzzing around us. It's apparent that the owner and employees don't care about their establishment. They have raised the price tremendously but haven't added anything new or changed up the awful falling apart tables and booths. It's insulting that they expect people to eat in that mess and hand over their hard earned money. It's a slap in the face. This place is the epitome of using covid as the perpetual excuse to be awful....we need to stop giving our money to places that don't respect their customers enough to keep a clean business. We don't need to live with bad customer service, bad products and quality, and higher prices and just chalk it up to covid. Go next door to Harris Teeter and buy a gallon of ice cream and some toppings until this place gets their act together.

Caroline went out of her way to make sure I taken care of, checked up on me to make sure I was finding everything okay, and was just so super sweet! She has a very welcoming and cheerful personality! I loved this places years ago before we moved away and had recently read great reviews on how attentive the staff was so I was looking forward to popping in and grabbing my daughter a treat on my way home from work.When I walked in around 5:30pm, the place was empty. No customers but also no staff. I didn't think anything of it, just figured the staff was out back. I ran to the restroom then came out and texted my family to see what they wanted. Still no staff though I could hear someone out back and I know they heard me. About 5 minutes later, a young blonde boy walks out, face in his cellphone, doesn't even acknowledge I'm there as he walked right by me. Okay, no big deal. I get my daughter's yogurt, walk to the register and say hello. Nothing. Kid is still face in phone. Though he was approaching the register now, still on his phone, not even looking up. I asked if there were lids for the bowls and he says "yeah" pointing to the lids right next to him. Okay.I paid almost $12 for one ice cream with barely any toppings (fresh strawberries and popping Bobo). Know froyo can add up but Sweet Frogs is never that high and they're always friendly and greet you while you're there. Unfortunately, this place is closer to us than Sweet Frogs but I don't think I'll be back. Definitely disappointed.

I’ve been very stressed lately and figured… time to stress eat!! As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Caroline, whose smile and welcoming demeanor changed my entire day. She went above and beyond to make the experience a great one and I will be returning to this location because of her. If the phrase “smiling is contagious” was a person, it would be Caroline!! So if you need a change of scenery and great energy, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Keep shining Caroline!!

When I walk in there’s no one there. Probably 60% of the time I’ve gone, they only come out if you are in there. I can understand if it’s only one person, but every time a new customer came in a different person from the back came out.And then one of them wanted to argue with me over a flavor I tried there when all I did was ask a question. I was like “how often do you have dole whip?” And she was like “you’re thinking of the kempsville one. We don’t have it here” no I’m sure I tried it here because I’ve never gone to kempsville. I get it, we interrupted whatever you were doing in the back and this isn’t you’re career but dang, know your job.Ask when we were there, there were smokers outside and it got into the store and as usual, the workers didn’t care. Then one of the smokers came inside and also proceeded to work. So there were 3 people working with no one inside the store.
