The Twisted Crab - Chesapeake Square Mall

My husband and I went yesterday for a little lunch date. Our server Tiffany was absolutely amazing!!! 10/10 👏🏼 best service we have had in a long time!

Service was horrible. I been in the food industry for 5+ years serving and bartending so I understand and have compassion but not this time. Took 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Asked for an appetizer of wings and ranch to go with wings. Of course the app came with our entree. He asked if we needed anything else I said ranch by the time he came back with the ranch I had 1 wing left. Never checked on us to see how the food was in which the crab was bland....never checked if we needed refills on our drinks. Waited for awhile after we were finished then asked are yall done... yes give us the bill please.

I had a great experience at Twisted Crab! I called in my order over the phone and the person who took my order was very nice and pleasant to speak with. When I arrived, the store was clean and smelled fresh, which made a great first impression. The workers I interacted with were respectful, courteous, and professional. Overall, the service and atmosphere made my visit enjoyable, and I look forward to coming back again!

You’re going to get some good fried food here. I came in August 2025 and had a shrimp basket with some super thin and delicious sweet potato fries :-) There was a lot of drama going on at the bar, and service was very indifferent.

We had a very nice experience at the Twisted Crab in Chesapeake square. We sat at the bar with our new favorite bartender Felicia, she was very friendly and made sure we were good throughout our entire visit. We will definitely be visiting again very soon.

Chynna was an amazing waitress the food was hot and fresh she made sure my daughter and I was satisfied!! She greeted us with a smile and great customer service! 10/10 I do recommend ☺️
