The Twisted Crab - Greenbrier Mall

I frequent this location at least once a week and it is always delicious! The staff is always super friendly. This week my server was Iva & she went above and beyond as the staff always does. When I have family in town this is the first place we go to and I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Eva was great, and she was wonderful with customer care. Nothing too much out of the ordinary, just what I expected for the food to be. Wife and I were pleased and enjoyed the atmosphere while enjoying our food. Would rec coming here. Tuesday is half off wings.

Server was great. Very friendly. Atmosphere was clean good music. Not to loud. Food was excellent. Had the spicy honey wings which were perfect. Not too much bread and sauce was great. Son had the cat fish basket which was huge. T1 and T2 where plentiful. Overall great dinner. Will definitely be back.

Family loves the food, server was great, great atmosphere. If you are looking for a good seafood bag, this is it. A bit expensive, but seafood usually is.

My server graylon was amazing! We visited during a dinner rush but he was sure to communicate to us that our food might be a little wait. The manager tina came around to us and also communicated the issue. We had a little problem with an alcoholic drink and she personally took care of it.
Everyone was extremely helpful and the food was worth the wait. Will be returning.

We did not try the twisted crab. We went to Greenbrier Mall for birthday gifts. We found what we went to the mall for, plus extra ? The only issue we all had was that it was pretty warm in the mall and the stores. Even my 1 year old grandson was sweating. We would have stayed longer, but we couldn't wait to leave to cool off. So our visit was shortened. AC issues or maybe trying to save money because of the high economy? I'm not sure, but I won't be going back during warm weather days. I would love to try the Twisted Crab ? it smelled so ? I would be concerned about the AC. Suppose we could check it out and see if it's okay. Will update when we go try it.

First time visiting. Our server Danisha was very friendly. The food was hot and fresh. My only issue is that the crab leg from the boil didn't have a lot of meat in it.

It was a bit quiet when I went I’m glad . The food is great but they are a bit stingy with the sauce for the boils. My server was on point VERY MINDFUL ! I loved her if you ever go request for SEQUOYA ! I had to make sure I got her name down to give her flowers for making sure we were good our time there .

As a seafood lover, I enjoy myself every time I come here. Surprisingly, I go for the wings, lol. They have these Old Bay wings that are so delicious. They are cooked to perfection and seasoned well. I also get a boil bag typically with crab legs, black mussels, eggs, corn and potatoes. I usually get twisted sauce, extra hot. If you like spicy, it's really good, just the perfect amount of spice!

Upon entering I was hesitant because I saw many employees walk by and not try to seat us or even say "someone will be with you in a moment". But after being seated I was more comfortable with choosing this location. My server Alex was great. He was not hovering the whole time but came at just the right moments to check on me and bring refills. And was very nice. He definitely made this a good experience.
