The Twisted Crab - Greenbrier Mall

Mike and Autumm are the best bartenders! My drinks were so good, I also got to try a new special they will be rolling out for halloween. My food came out in a timely manner & was prepared perfectly. I love twisted & will be back to the this location just too see the bartenders specially. It was vibe being here, everything was awesome. Y’all come check them out!

Just go to boil bay. Its better and costs less and has a better atmosphere.

Careful taking parties. The have an automatic tip policy for any party over 6. This tip was not displayed on their point of sale tablet when you check out. Our server Will stood over us to make sure to add a tip. We had four separate checks and he did the same thing to all of us. He ended up getting a 35-40% tip on every ticket. Very shady practice.

Food is usually pretty good but sometimes the sauce can be too salty, not always consistent. Service can be a bit lacking depending on who is waiting your table. Overall, good food for a good price.

I recently visited The Twisted Crab inside Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake, VA (1401 Greenbrier Pkwy, #2260) and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and energetic Cajun‑style vibes were evident. The staff greeted us promptly and were attentive throughout our meal – friendly, courteous, and proactive .

We dove into one of their signature seafood boil specials—packed with snow crab legs, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes—and every bite burst with flavor. The seasoning was bold and delicious without overpowering the fresh seafood . The fried baskets—especially the oyster and catfish—arrived hot and crispy, and tasted outstanding, exactly as described by other diners .

Although it was a rainy evening, the staff handled the crowd well despite a rush. My food came out hot, perfectly seasoned, and on time—a relief since they were managing multiple parties at once . The pricing felt fair for the generous portions and vibrant tastes.

The décor and lively atmosphere are ideal for groups, date nights, or a fun family outing. With indoor and outdoor seating options, it caters beautifully to different moods and preferences .
