Our server Ashley was awesome and went above and beyond to keep our glasses full and needs met. It was clean and cozy, the manager visited with us and made our meal even better.

Went during lunchtime so it was hardly anyone in the restaurant which was just fine with me. Jacklyn our server was so nice and professional. I ordered the 2 meat 2 side platter. Pulled pork., honey bbq wings, baked beans, fire roasted corn and garlic bread. I give everything a 5 except the corn. It was just ok. I know it was fire roasted, but to have the juice turn black was a turn off. But everything else was on point. Thanks again for a nice experience.

Arrived at restaurant it was not full. Gave our names for 2 people. Waited over 25 minutes for a table. Meanwhile others came in reserved spaces - some included parties of 5 or more. They were readily seated. We are still waiting to be seated. The people were disorganized. The staff appeared to be taking names, seating and preparing food. They did not appear to have particular assignments. The persons doing food had no head/hair covering or gloves. Finally got tired of waiting to be seated and left! I can only imagine the time waiting to be served if ever seated.!! This place has greatly diminished since 2022. I will not return to this location.

So I took my kids to an early evening dinner Saturday. I have been to this restaurant many times over the last decade and generally enjoy the service. We were quickly sat down by the host as the restaurant was only about 30% occupied…which made me happy because I knew food should come out rather quickly. About 10 minutes after we sat, we could hear some “loud words” that sounded like our server not knowing she had people sat at her table. Sure enough, shortly afterward, she came over to introduce herself and take our order. She seemed flustered having to be corrected several times about what we were ordering. About 5 minutes later she returned with our drinks and said she would place our orders. Roughly 30 minutes later, a couple comes in and was seated right behind us…keeping in mind that the restaurant is still fairly empty. Within minutes, their server came and took their drink and dinner order. Immediately, I thought it strange that we haven’t seen our server in over 30 minutes. THEN, maybe 10-15 minutes after this, that same couple were served their meals. I was shocked…we had been waiting close to an hour! I stopped the young man who brought that couple food and asked him can we see the manager. He said “yes, can I ask why?” I said yes, we have been here almost an hour and not received any food or any follow-up service. He said “Ok, I will get the manager.” Minutes later, I see him walking towards our booth with plates of food (we didn’t order salmon). He begins to say “Ok, I have your order.” I stop him and ask him where is the manager? He starts eye-balling me, and repeatedly saying “So, do you want your food? “ After, I asked him the 3rd time can I speak to the manager, and he then tell me “Do you want your food,” I decided not to create a scene in front of my kids and just leave. I’m a supervisor myself and I couldn’t imagine letting a client not receive service in a half empty establishment…all while they are sitting and waiting, having to listen and watch multiple staff members joking, arguing, and on their phones. This was not the Smoky Bones that I dined in over a decade ago when I moved to Chesapeake. And to the young man who was staring me down and cutting me off with “So, do you want your food?”…Im not “trifling,” and I didn’t “waste your time”…Yes, I heard you.

Waste of time….nothing matches the pictures….big peices of chicken but bland with some sort of syrup on top as flavoring…don’t do it

The food is absolutely not worth the price. $35 for dry, underseasoned wings, microwaved corn, and half-cooked sweet potato fries. The cooks only gave me half the wings I ordered despite having the number written on the box and the manager only offered me the wings I was owed, nothing to speak of wasting half my evening. The only reason to go there is to help support their awesome wait staff, very good people working there, can't say the same about the people running the place.

Never been here but the consistent bad reviews scared me off or should i say saved my time and money.

$60 for 32 wings and an order of fries thru Door Dash and THE only good thing that came out of it was a pleasant Dasher named Dionte. Garlic Parm smoked wings were like Garlic Blob. The garlic parmesan sauce was literally thrown on top of the wings; obviously not tossed as they should have been. The plain smoked wings were overcooked...pretty much burnt so bad they didn't even have a taste. We all understand that businesses are in need of workers, but when people are spending THIS MUCH MONEY for such poor quality do you honestly expect your customers to NOT say anything? I have pictures that I will post as well. Y'all need to do better regardless!

Ordered through Uber Eats but little to no sauce and burned pretzels with weird "garlic parm" sauce. Probably not going to try again... Odd because I normally find Smokey Bones pretty decent.

Is the wing experience violent food poisoning? Because that's what I got. Not fun. Would not recommend this place unless you want to vomit for an entire day.

I DO NOT recommend anyone order from here. The wings I’ve received have barely any amount of seasoning on them. The wet sauce ones are only slightly more coated in sauce. The fries are an absolute joke. They were as if they just soaked them in cold grease for a half hour. Just soggy and disgusting. Recommend this place be removed from all ordering platforms. Save yourself from disappointment and order wings from anywhere else.

This ghost kitchen is very much a ghost when it comes to flavor and quality. The wings had barely any seasoning at all on them, and just not pleasant very much like nuggets of rubber. The fries were even worse. Very soggy fries every one of them was limp. They were soaked in grease as if just placed in a fryer of cold old and sat in it for a half hour. Recommend ordering from any other wing place. I've checked the Google reviews after I received my order and each of the places near me have mostly terrible reviews with the same poor quality of food being served.

They are just all confused at this placeDoesn’t make sense how a combo doesn’t come with a drink let a alone have people work there that doesn’t know what or how comes with what. Didn’t even get to tast the food I got before the reviews but I suggest they work on the service part of it

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered two different flavor wings in the wings came with the two flavor sauces mixed on to the wings. I paid extra for celery on the side and it didn’t come with my food. Their fries were cold and soggy. Horrible experience, I will never go here again
