The food and service was amazing here! The manager Mr. M was very quick to get our orders made without sacrificing the quality, 10/10 would recommend!

My wife broke her hip 2 weeks ago and today was her 1st day out of the house. We came here for a early dinner and when done she needed to use the facilities. These coolers were lined down the hallway making it difficult for to navigate with her walker.

I’m traveling back to my hometown in Lynchburg and came here to get an acai bowl for breakfast and assumed there was a drive through window and there wasn’t, I had my dog with me so I ran inside, ordered, and let the cashier know id be back in 5 minutes but I’m sitting with my dog because I don’t want someone to bust out my windows haha, she brought my order out to me!! So sweet!! ❤️❤️ I didn’t catch her name but she wears a little black Crystal around her neck :)

I've been going there years. I had mouth cancer can't eat solid foods best for nutrition drink under new management. Went today terrible experience slow, only one employee up front took over 20 minutes to be waiting on and another 20 minutes for drink I saw 6 people walk out. I order beach bum no strawberry's I'm alergic to them well they added strawberry's and my throat swollen up I find after an hour good bye to this location

I love Tropical Smoothie and I think I am very forgiving when it comes to quality. But, I have never recieved a loose watered down Smoothie that is warm at the top and cold with chunky pieces at the bottom. I would maybe expect it if I ordered online but I ordered in the store. I was very polite and left a tip. I just don't understand. If it couldn't get any worse my wrap was salty in a very strange way. I won't return to this location.

I’ve ordered here a bunch of times and never had a problem, until tonight. I walk in at 8:35, had a long day and wanted a smoothie. There were two girls working there and the first one greeted me politely when I walked in the door. The second one with light brown hair, I can’t express enough how long and awkwardly she stared at me with disgust as I walked in. I saw her cleaning so I can assume I had to make her do her job…god forbid. That ruined my night I said never-mind and walked out…that was just completely uncalled for…

Smoothies made to my preference. great size!! Kid sizes as well. Grandkids love them! Friendly staff. Always on point! Quick service with a smile or a laugh. Linda will even tell a dad joke occasionally. Too funny.

This tropical smoothie cafe is offering catering, take out, delivery through 3rd party, and dine in. Also,the staff is ready to help in any way they can. If you are looking for an easy fundraiser for your school, or any organization, talk to the general manager for more details. They are open 7 days a week Monday-Friday 7am-900pm Sat from 8am-9pm, and Sunday from 9am-8pm. Come get us out. Sign up for their tropical smoothie app and receive something.

The new owner of this cafe is very friendly and kind. Smoothies comes out great and I would recommend retrying or trying them out again
