Very friendly but rather quiet. Young ladies usually man this location... I say man... Silly me anyway. They run this location mostly. I've only ever had one issue with food here and my tail slaw was cooked... Was the only issue I've ever had and I think that was actually an accident... Happens from time to time. We're all human, we make mistakes so I forgive him and I hope you will too. Check this one out cuz they make the best smoothies in Chesapeake!

What can I say the girls that work at this location are amazing. And the assistant manager Dina she always has a smile on her face and always has great customer service and from the times I’ve been in the store waiting or eating my food she always has a positive energy when it comes with her coworkers she encourages them to be the best they can be in a positive way. A+

Stopped by today and it took quite some time to get our smoothies or even talk to an employee to take our despite the fact that there wasn’t a single other customer there. The smoothies were not blended very well but still just fine. I want to say that the prices may even be slightly higher than other locations in the area. Also, there was a friendly dead roach in the bathroom! So, I’m not sure I’ll be back here.

I got food from here for the first time last night, and was pretty disappointed to find what I ordered was not made well at all. The Flatbread was cold and smushed, and the only person I saw making the food was Mckenzie. The lady at the register however was very sweet, and working hard. Her smoothie was also very good, I'm just disappointed in the food.

I literally had a woman spit in my damn smoothie and I saw it I cannot believe they are letting people like that work at a place like this I’m glad they gave me aNew one

Went in this evening and tried splitting the payment for my order with two separate cards. Cashier said, “we can’t do that”, and I mentioned that this is the first I’ve ever heard this. She proceeded to get her shift manager and she also stated, “I don’t think we can do that” because I told her specifically I needed a certain amount on one card and the remainder on the other. She said, “okay, put your card in”, so I did so thinking that she would ask how much I wanted on that card. Then it said, “approved” and took off what it wanted to take off instead of putting in an amount. Nonetheless…the point is…staff need to be trained to ensure all duties are covered during a shift including cash register and training on proper etiquette in customer service. I’ve been coming here for awhile and the past two times have not been a good experience. Our smoothies don’t even taste like the smoothies we order. Almost like they are fooling around and coming up with their own concoctions for people. For $7 per smoothie and being this is the primary reason people come here - you’d think they could at least get that part right. Im so disappointed and instead of providing a url, there should be a phone number to contact. I don’t want to type this out again.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. These two workers totally ignoring me, standing at the counter, wanting to place an order just kept on working prepping, looked up at me and kept on going about their business like I wasn’t standing there and I walked out and gave them a piece of my mind before I left. terrible service terrible staff. I wouldn’t ever go there and the place stunk and was filthy. I was very disappointed because I usually enjoy going there.

They are pretty consistent and the smoothies are good. It’s tucked in an inconvenient corner in a very busy shopping center but they are on par with how Tropical Smoothies should be.

Cashier didnt know how to do a partial payment and was rude when I had asked. She didn't wear gloves either. She touched her face and the utensils and didn't wash her hands. It was such a frustrating experience. Won't be coming here again.
