I got food from here for the first time last night, and was pretty disappointed to find what I ordered was not made well at all. The Flatbread was cold and smushed, and the only person I saw making the food was Mckenzie. The lady at the register however was very sweet, and working hard. Her smoothie was also very good, I'm just disappointed in the food.

Went in this evening and tried splitting the payment for my order with two separate cards. Cashier said, “we can’t do that”, and I mentioned that this is the first I’ve ever heard this. She proceeded to get her shift manager and she also stated, “I don’t think we can do that” because I told her specifically I needed a certain amount on one card and the remainder on the other. She said, “okay, put your card in”, so I did so thinking that she would ask how much I wanted on that card. Then it said, “approved” and took off what it wanted to take off instead of putting in an amount. Nonetheless…the point is…staff need to be trained to ensure all duties are covered during a shift including cash register and training on proper etiquette in customer service. I’ve been coming here for awhile and the past two times have not been a good experience. Our smoothies don’t even taste like the smoothies we order. Almost like they are fooling around and coming up with their own concoctions for people. For $7 per smoothie and being this is the primary reason people come here - you’d think they could at least get that part right. Im so disappointed and instead of providing a url, there should be a phone number to contact. I don’t want to type this out again.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. These two workers totally ignoring me, standing at the counter, wanting to place an order just kept on working prepping, looked up at me and kept on going about their business like I wasn’t standing there and I walked out and gave them a piece of my mind before I left. terrible service terrible staff. I wouldn’t ever go there and the place stunk and was filthy. I was very disappointed because I usually enjoy going there.

They are pretty consistent and the smoothies are good. It’s tucked in an inconvenient corner in a very busy shopping center but they are on par with how Tropical Smoothies should be.

I waited too late yesterday to order lunch for delivery at work but my coworker told me she was hitting this TS at her lunch and did I want her to bring something back. So, I ordered a 3 cheese & chicken quesadilla with a banana as a side. This entree should be renamed to 3 pieces of chicken & barely there cheese. As of matter of fact, the best thing about that lunch was my banana and my 2 stars is for how big and tasty my banana was. The quesadilla was so flat that I likened it to what the kiddy 'dilla would be. The 3 pieces of chicken in 3 quarters of the dilla were fatty, gristle pieces. There clearly wasn't any love or job satisfaction from whomever made my dilla. My coworker asked me how it was and I told her the kiddy quesadilla was a one and done for me. It was $8 bucks and I got what I paid for.See pics for just how unfilled my 'dilla was.

don’t know what’s up with all these bad reviews… just got my uber eats order and it’s perfect. my food is warm, fresh, and drink isn’t melted at all. thanks tropical smoothie. (tell tiara she’s doing great)

Younger girl at the counter was nice… but the white fat lady with the speech impediment was horribly rude.
Cashier didnt know how to do a partial payment and was rude when I had asked. She didn't wear gloves either. She touched her face and the utensils and didn't wash her hands. It was such a frustrating experience. Won't be coming here again.

Well the reviews are right. Everdina made me an all ice smoothie… do not go here for breakfast it’s absolutely terrible. The food is meh and the smoothie was all ice. I am so disappointed.

Very very slow, waiting 17 min for just 2 smoothies if they were busy it would be different but there was only myself and Q other person. The young man at the counter had no customer service stills at all. The smoothie was very watery. Had very little flavor. I will not be returning to this location.

Was disappointed with smoothie. Didn't blend enough..pieces of kale , etc. All in it. They are getting too expensive now for a smoothie place anyway..
