Every time I go to this location the workers are rude. They ignore you while talking or being on their phones. When they do come up to the register they don’t say anything.
Last time my chicken pesto wrap had way too much pesto. Today it had a lot of chicken in it and it was cold in the middle.

In my opinion, this is the best smoothie chain . Smoothies are consistently good. The food is also surprisingly good, which I hadn't expected from a Smoothie place.

I have been to this location several times and Every time the service is terrible. Today we stopped in for some smoothies and the place smelled like rancid trash maybe vomit. We should of left but we decided to get smoothies anyways. All the employees had headsets on. I ended up getting stomach problems from the smoothie when we got home. I recommend if you want tropical smoothie go to the one on greenbriar. Never had a single issue at that one and the service is always nice. I feel bad for the workers that have to work with that rancid vomit smell going on.

The girl took my order while eating a cookie, the payment screen was frozen so she had to do something on her end which gave her a 7$ tip. The smoothies were super watery and tasted very bland.

This store smells like vomit every time I come here. Seems like the drop ceiling tiles need to be changed as they probably had an HVAC leak and were too cheap to fix it.
Probably why the employees have such a bad attitude since they have to smell it all day. Looks like I will have to file a report with the OSHA.
Come here if you are constipated, their smoothies will clean you out better than a Metamucil.

Do not go to this tropical smoothie on a day that they have free smoothie deals. They are short staffed and this is how my family and I was treated. Saturday June 21 @ 8:00pm I went to tropical smoothie for the buy an item get one free and they told me I could only order online not in store orders, because it’s only two of them, and they are trying to close. It was a Caucasian teen or woman and a African American guy. I had my family of six with me and it was very disappointing for my children to be turned away, so that they can clean the store. I understand that you need to clean but the store don’t close until 9pm. Not 8:00pm. At around 8:45 pm is when most establishments start to clean. Anyway, I witness several customers leave because they could only order online. What’s the point of me ordering online inside the store? When you could’ve just taken my order at the register. This was ridiculous and a waste of my time. It’s a shame that I wasn’t able to take advantage of the buy one item get one free.

I’ve gone for ten minutes and I still smell fabuloso. Walk in the store at 6:50 pm. Keep in mind that the store location doesn’t close until 9 pm. All I smell is cleaning products. The floor is wet (no wet floor signs anywhere). The person in the back is sweeping the liquid on the floor. All of the food is open to them cleaning. The young lady walks to the register with the look of frustration on her face. It concerned so I ask was she ok. With hesitation she said everything was fine. Ok so I speak to the strong smell of cleaning supplies in the air and she proceeded to tell me it’s fine. So I say I’m sure it is however the food is open, shouldn’t that be closed up while you clean. She looks at me like “what” and says no it’s fine how can I help you. Nope I’m good you have a good day. What would you have done?

put in an online order at 11:30 and had to wait 34 minutes to get my food and on top of that the girl that gave me my smoothies gave them to me in four small kids cups and proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have any more cup and lids in the regular size and normally that would be perfectly fine but as i was still waiting on my food the same girl brought out more cups and lids so taking that into consideration this experience was just not good and honestly the workers were working so slow it wasn’t even busy their was 4 other people inside that already had their food so over all the workers here are lazy and lazy enough to not give paying customers the correct cup size it’s inconvenient for them to give me four KIDS CUPS…

I'm highly upset with being served a smoothie that smelled like urine, with no top, and most importantly had tasted like it was made with expired ingredients. Furthermore the person who took the order had a visible tattoo with three 6s and several demonic symbols tattooed. This was unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed.
This place has good smoothies but every time I walk in, it smells very unpleasant, almost sour. This place needs a deep clean! It’s enough to keep me from going back.
I only give this place three stars for food because I've never eaten the food here but I've never had a problem with the service. I've always been treated with kindness and courtesy. The kiwi wincher with extra kiwi is to die for. Love it
