put in an online order at 11:30 and had to wait 34 minutes to get my food and on top of that the girl that gave me my smoothies gave them to me in four small kids cups and proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have any more cup and lids in the regular size and normally that would be perfectly fine but as i was still waiting on my food the same girl brought out more cups and lids so taking that into consideration this experience was just not good and honestly the workers were working so slow it wasn’t even busy their was 4 other people inside that already had their food so over all the workers here are lazy and lazy enough to not give paying customers the correct cup size it’s inconvenient for them to give me four KIDS CUPS…

I'm highly upset with being served a smoothie that smelled like urine, with no top, and most importantly had tasted like it was made with expired ingredients. Furthermore the person who took the order had a visible tattoo with three 6s and several demonic symbols tattooed. This was unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed.

This place has good smoothies but every time I walk in, it smells very unpleasant, almost sour. This place needs a deep clean! It’s enough to keep me from going back.

I only give this place three stars for food because I've never eaten the food here but I've never had a problem with the service. I've always been treated with kindness and courtesy. The kiwi wincher with extra kiwi is to die for. Love it

Had me spend 40 dollars on uber eats just tell my driver that they couldn’t fulfill 2 items of it with no substitution. Absolutely ridiculous completely lazy. Worst service imaginable.

Tropical Smoothie was a great place to try out, the smoothie I tried was the sunshine smoothie it tasted amazing, and yes I will be back to try a different flavor. Thank Yall

Ole girl literally sat on FaceTime while taking multiple ppls orders and when she got to loud she went in the back and left the front completely unattended her phone never left her hand

Visit this establishment in 12/24 and almost ended up in a fight because I asked to have my smoothie remade because it had No TASTE. Oh yeah they were willing to remake the smoothie but I was told that I needed to wait until they finished all the other orders. I then asked for the manager and the young lady advised no manager. Then asked to speak with assistant mgr. No assistant manager on duty. Is there a team lead and a young man comes up and that's when all hell breaks out. The young lady becomes aggressive as I'm speaking with the team lead. My daughter engages because the young lady is disrespecting her mother. The employees & the team lead working that day showed their lack of training and their ability to work with the public. I'm 62 yrs old and I have never ever experienced such treatment all because I asked to have my smoothie remade and why do I have to wait for you remake it. I already waited 15-20 minutes. My time is also valuable. The owner/manager needs to clean house and after reading some of these reviews it shows he or she is in no hurry to correct these problems being brought to his or her attention. It''s a shame that the Tropical Smoothie by Greenbrier employees already knew about the employees and food service at Sam Circle Tropical Smoothie. This Tropical Smoothie is awful.

Went for take out. Messed up my order, specified sandwich and got wraps, forgot the chips for both orders and added a mountain of cilantro to the sandwiches. Wasn't even busy for them to mess it up. I was the only person there.
