Looks like TS hasn’t improved based on the review from 2 weeks ago(or ever): placed an order online, and wasn’t told until 20 minutes after that my order did not go through. Was forced to order in person, and had to wait for the staff to finish their conversation before I could place my order. So not only was my order missing the chips, I ordered the Thai salad and received this weird ranch dressing instead of the peanut dressing. Lastly, the Tap to Pay didn’t work, and ApplePay wouldn’t work, and I was forced to swipe my card. I WILL be monitoring my account for any type of fraudulent activity, as I am very aware the debit card scam is throughout Hampton Roads. I encourage others to do the same after visiting this location. Everything about this trip was odd and suspicious. I should have went to the Greenbrier location; will be going there from now on.

I come to this location often. The food is always pretty good and they never get my orders wrong but that really the only thing that’s good here. There are always arguments and the workers always look soo pissed and annoyed while taking your order. The only reason I’d come back is if it was close. Seriously the owner needs to do something about their extremely annoyed and off coworkers. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

terrible service, rude employees, & even shittier chefs. my food was ordered on the app & they didnt give me the salsa that comes with the quesadillas, then thdy dont give me my side of chips i ordered so i grab them from the lobby & they are rudely trying to stop me as i tell them i ordered a side of chips which arent in the bag. then after all that they cant even fix my food or give me my sauce. dont waste your time, find a different tropical smoothie, this ones definitely the worst one in town.

I come to this location often. Let's start with my order. I ordered 3 kiwi quenchers with extra strawberries and whire chocolate like I always do. I didn't get to taste it till I got home and it was horrible. It taste like I was drinking ice with white chocolate in it. When the gentleman handed me my order the bottom of my cup was busted on one of them. When I informationed them the lady didn't say anything she just handed me a cup. When I switched the drink into another cup, I handed her the empty cup and asked if she could throw it away for me. Again, she didn't say anything she just pointed at the trash can behind me. And to think I gave them a tip. I will never go to the location again. I spent $25 for 3 cups of blended ice with white chocolate. Never again.

Every time I go to this location the workers are rude. They ignore you while talking or being on their phones. When they do come up to the register they don’t say anything.

Last time my chicken pesto wrap had way too much pesto. Today it had a lot of chicken in it and it was cold in the middle.

In my opinion, this is the best smoothie chain . Smoothies are consistently good. The food is also surprisingly good, which I hadn't expected from a Smoothie place.

I have been to this location several times and Every time the service is terrible. Today we stopped in for some smoothies and the place smelled like rancid trash maybe vomit. We should of left but we decided to get smoothies anyways. All the employees had headsets on. I ended up getting stomach problems from the smoothie when we got home. I recommend if you want tropical smoothie go to the one on greenbriar. Never had a single issue at that one and the service is always nice. I feel bad for the workers that have to work with that rancid vomit smell going on.

The girl took my order while eating a cookie, the payment screen was frozen so she had to do something on her end which gave her a 7$ tip. The smoothies were super watery and tasted very bland.

This store smells like vomit every time I come here. Seems like the drop ceiling tiles need to be changed as they probably had an HVAC leak and were too cheap to fix it.

Probably why the employees have such a bad attitude since they have to smell it all day. Looks like I will have to file a report with the OSHA.

Come here if you are constipated, their smoothies will clean you out better than a Metamucil.

Do not go to this tropical smoothie on a day that they have free smoothie deals. They are short staffed and this is how my family and I was treated. Saturday June 21 @ 8:00pm I went to tropical smoothie for the buy an item get one free and they told me I could only order online not in store orders, because it’s only two of them, and they are trying to close. It was a Caucasian teen or woman and a African American guy. I had my family of six with me and it was very disappointing for my children to be turned away, so that they can clean the store. I understand that you need to clean but the store don’t close until 9pm. Not 8:00pm. At around 8:45 pm is when most establishments start to clean. Anyway, I witness several customers leave because they could only order online. What’s the point of me ordering online inside the store? When you could’ve just taken my order at the register. This was ridiculous and a waste of my time. It’s a shame that I wasn’t able to take advantage of the buy one item get one free.
