Went for take out. Messed up my order, specified sandwich and got wraps, forgot the chips for both orders and added a mountain of cilantro to the sandwiches. Wasn't even busy for them to mess it up. I was the only person there.

Got a smoothie which was fine but the food was horrible and the sauce was missing. Not worth it tbh.

I’ve gone to 3 different tropical smoothies in the area and this is the only one that makes the smoothies perfectly!.

Ordered a chicken pesto flatbread and they gave it to me without tomatoes, no big deal, I’ll just ask them to fix it for me. However, I had taken a few bites before noticing and when I told them about it she asked for it back so she can put tomatoes on it and reheat it. She handed me back the exact same panini with tomatoes on it and repressed. Not sure how the board of health would feel about that. But i’m mortified knowing that this establishment takes back half ate food to their kitchen instead of tossing it and making a new one. ??
And my husband ordered the 3 cheese chicken quesadilla and received just cheese on it. When we asked, they argued with us and said that’s what we ordered. Even though their menu only shows 2 quesadilla options: “3 cheese chicken” and a “santa fe chicken”.

WHAT IS THAT SMELL WHEN YOU WALK INSIDE?? First time I thought it was just a pipe being fixed or something. A MONTH later, still the same smell!! Smoothie was good but that smell is terrible. The worked said that she didn't know what it was but she has to smell it All day.

Worst experience ever. I order a flatbread and 2 smoothies on the tropical smoothie app and the store confirmed the order. When the driver arrived, the store told the driver that they had no chicken or turkey to make my food. So I said it was okay and to just give me my smoothies. Driver came and only dropped off one smoothie so I contact the store and they tell me that they didn’t make the smoothie because they don’t have any strawberries…….What smoothie place doesn’t have strawberries to make a smoothie?? Almost all their smoothies have strawberries! All the meals have chicken or turkey! So what can I do with this? I will never order from this location nor visit them. If they can’t be competent enough to make sure they have the basic ingredients to make an order, than they shouldn’t be confirming online orders.

I got the Bahama mama. Tasty per usual.

Love Tropical smoothie, but this location has been awful every step of the way. Lunch breaks in the afternoon, staff are kids with no manners and lack customer service. Each time I’ve gotten the jerk chicken wrap, there’s no more vegetables than chicken. Food cold, quite frankly you need better staff.

I came in for a Smoothie and a Hummus Veggie Wrap, the reason why I’m writing this review is because my hummus wrap was made incorrectly twice, the first one I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes and add plant protein, I didn’t receive any of what I asked for they gave me a tiny bit of hummus, avocado, little rice and beans. I called and they already knew what was wrong with my order, which showed me that they allowed the incorrect order to go out regardless, I went back, and they had another one prepared for me, yet this one has lots of lettuce which I asked them to not add, plant protein, little bit of rice and beans, hardly any hummus or avocado and no onions. It’s very disappointing because I love Tropical Smoothie but the lack of care within the food service is ridiculous. I didn’t even feel like saying this is wrong again, because with it being wrong twice, showed me that they didn’t care which is why I’m writing this review.
