Food was good, but a pretty long wait.

This is probably my 5th time in a row of coming here throughout a year’s time and they are skimping on the fruits and juices in the smoothies. Y’all gotta tighten up. Put the full amount in the smoothies like every other store in the area.

This was the worst smoothie, and it was watered-down! This location used to be my favorite up until 2021! I don't know what happened but a lot had happened.

It's good food, albeit a bit expensive.

Have had my bank account hacked more than 2 times going to this location. I get a second charge from door dash each time I go there. BEWARE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT VETTED OBVIOUSLY. ZERO ALL AREAS. CONTACTED AUTHORITIES

Got 2 smoothies and 2 wraps, 1 smoothie had almost no fruit and was chunky with ice, the other smoothie just tasted bad, had to drive back and both were remade and second try was 100x better. Also both wraps just weren't good, chicken was like dog food quality and rice was crunchy, all condiments were grouped up into sections in wrap. They refused to fix our wraps even though they apologized " the new kid training probably messed all your food up" .

Tropical Smoothie Cafe (Kemps River Crossing shopping center)-I have been here at least a thousand times in the past five years never mind all of the other Tropical Smoothie locations across Hampton Roads and America! This past year is the first time I’ve ever had any kind of issues with the quality of a tropical smoothie anywhere. Sometimes it will have a taste like the food has become mixed with it or the ingredients containers and other times it is just bland like the correct amount of ingredients were not added properly, remake after remake and it makes no difference. The staff is friendly, though they are very unprofessionals as of late this past year. I just left with yet another unsuccessful remake and they have a radio playing with explicit lyrics… “f*%# this and f#*%” that…. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Haygood if you want a high quality smoothie or snack and a great experience, they always hit the mark this one is unfortunately off par. I won’t be back there for quite a while due to the management or lack there of, hopefully they’ll get it together soon but for now they are badly in need of some proper training.

Great healthy delicious food. I've been looking for this place for years. Employees are friendly and efficient. Great place! I recommend it to everyone. If you are struggling to control your weight you will love this place.
