Absolutely love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Every time I stop by the Mount Pleasant Road location, I’m greeted with friendly smiles and fast service. The smoothies are always fresh, delicious, and perfectly blended—my personal favorite is the Bahama Mama, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any choice. The food is equally amazing—especially the flatbreads and wraps, which are full of flavor and made fresh to order. The place is always clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Great spot for a quick, healthy bite or a refreshing smoothie on a hot day. Highly recommend!

Subpar. It smelled bad inside and my food and my friends food was not made properly. My acai bowl was a frozen puck.

I had a PB paradise it was really good, my first time trying these guys out. I heard my co-workers talking about going there for a smoothie, it was delicious and I will be back again soon. Thank yall

I have only been to this location once before today and I had no issues. I placed an online order for pickup,walked in grabbed my food, cool. I did the same thing today and I get home start eating my food. I take a bite of what was supposed to be a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap but it’s missing the CHICKEN! It seems they possibly gave me a veggie wrap instead because this wrap also has hummus on it and I don’t recall the jerk wrap having hummus.

I have went to this location twice. The first time, my fiance and I walked in, there was no one at the desk, so I peeked and saw the cashier standing talking to someone in the kitchen. She peeked at us, saw us, and continued talking to whoever she was talking to. Never greeted us, or even asked us to wait. We stood there an additonal few minutes and she just continued to talk to whoever. We ended up walking out and never ordering. Also, there was no one in line but us.

Today, we go in, order 2 Acai Berry Boost, no bananas, and 1 regular. She ended up only ringing us up for 2, and didn't seem to pay any attention to what we were saying which is why I feel like she didn't ring us up for the last one. The dining area was gross(tables were disgusting).

I will never return to this location again.

Cat, wylita and gabby are seriously so amazing.My order was put in incorrectly and they all took time out to rectify the situation in different ways.One remade my orderAnother offered me something free for my waitbut they all made a point to apologize for the inconvenience.While waiting for my food, I had the best conversation and couldn’t stop laughing.I absolutely adore the morning crew at this tropical smoothie.

Service was awful, had an online order that was already paid for through my app, they said they didn’t have it, and the girl walked away and all the employees just sat there looking at me and ignoring me, I showed them where I ordered it to which was the correct location. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
