This was our first visit with Union Taco (Summit Pointe) location and most certainly will not be our last! We stopped by on Veterans Day and dined outside. It was nice out just very breezy. Shelby was super friendly and very attentive. She was also knowledgeable about the menu items. We ordered the trio of salsa, guacamole, and queso with chips. The salsa was a tad bit spicy however I mixed it with some queso and it was perfect. The chips were lightly salted and not too thick. My friend ordered the margarita of the moment which was an apple cider margarita. My sister described it as tart but tasty. I had the strawberry basil margarita & it was absolutely delicious.
I had the Baja (fish) tacos which were lightly battered and flavorful. My tacos were served on lightly charred corn tortillas with pickled onions and Oaxaca cheese. Daniel, the manager came out to ask about our meal. He was very friendly and personable. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of tequila as well as the detailed overview he gave us of a few of the nearby businesses we also plan to visit. Daniel knows tequila!!! He suggested we try Siete Leguas Reposado and it was nice and smooth. I’ll be back to try other food items

Ordered the Al Pastor, not good! Pork wasn't even shredded completely (See pics), really had no taste, all I could taste was the pineapple and onions. Nowhere near authentic. Waitress was ok, the gentleman that sat us was awesome!

We had the pleasure of dining here Friday evening during Happy Hour. We've eating here several times already. We've also taken our friends here as well. In all times, food and service were great. Last Friday, Isaiah was our server and he was awesome, pleasant and professional. It was our first time sitting on the side patio and our food was delicious, as always. I recommend sitting on the side patio, during sunset hour. The ambiance and lighting is great, with a side of margarita ?. This place is definitely recommended

Food is delicious. I went for lunch it was not busy in there today. I ordered a water, gringo salad and asked for chips and salsa. My food came but not my chips and salsa. Waitress was no where to be found. My water needed refilled took a hot minute. She brought sprite back. I was like ok. Off day maybe. Then my bill came. Chips and salsa was on it. She then made an excuse oh I’m sorry was short handed in here today. Service could have been better.

This is my 3rd time coming I had first came last Sunday then Monday then today (Friday) first 2 times great service and food was bomb this time not so much took me 22 minutes to get 2 drinks and it’s not busy at all idk just a little irritated maybe sundays will be the only time to come?
