This was our first visit with Union Taco (Summit Pointe) location and most certainly will not be our last! We stopped by on Veterans Day and dined outside. It was nice out just very breezy. Shelby was super friendly and very attentive. She was also knowledgeable about the menu items. We ordered the trio of salsa, guacamole, and queso with chips. The salsa was a tad bit spicy however I mixed it with some queso and it was perfect. The chips were lightly salted and not too thick....

Ordered the Al Pastor, not good!
Pork wasn't even shredded completely (See pics), really had no taste, all I could taste was the pineapple and onions. Nowhere near authentic. Waitress was ok, the gentleman that sat us was awesome!

We had the pleasure of dining here Friday evening during Happy Hour. We've eating here several times already. We've also taken our friends here as well. In all times, food and service were great. Last Friday, Isaiah was our server and he was awesome, pleasant and professional. It was our first time sitting on the side patio and our food was delicious, as always.
