urban hot pot is amazing, id easily recommend it over any other all you can eat place, the staff is super friendly and it feels like your right at home wether you go with friends, family, or just yourself!

It was my first time to visit this restaurant and I was really impressed with everything.
There was a wide variety of options to satisfy just about anyone's taste buds. I like spicy but it may not be for everyone. I will say this about Urban Hot Pot. If you like soup based food and oriental foods you've got to try this place once. If you like it...you'll be a repeat customer.

We hadn't been here in several months and we were looking forward to it. We were sadly dissappointed. They took many items off the menu, it seems. We ordered the beef. The meat was VERY fatty. I don't mean marbled. I mean half of many of the 'slices' were pure fat! In fact, there were 3-4 slices that were ALL fat - NO meat! So, when you cook them, they are tough. I ordered ice cream for dessert., You don't get a choice of flavors. I'm not a fan of chocolate ice cream. I got chocolate as one of my orders. I don't think we will be going back.

First time dining in and was a wonderful experience. All you can eat with Desserts includes with many fun options to choose from. Got the herb pork broth and tried so Many things: Lamb, pork, mushrooms, taro, lotus root, pumpkin, dumplings, shrimp, squid, veggies, quail egg, noodles etc. You can also make your own dipping sauce or try a few from their large selection. Cute robot brought us our drinks. Left feeling so full and content. I'm sure we will be back!

It was our first time so we were kind of lost, but Kelly, I believe her name was - the owner's daughter, was so incredibly helpful, kind, patient and so very welcoming! This wasn't just a meal, it was such a fun experience too! Very high quality, fresh ingredients. Such a clean and inviting dining roomvand modern setting with IPad ordering and robot table service. Such a fun vibe with a blend of amazing attentive service and contemporary meets technology. 10/10! We will definitely be back! Oh and the best part was accidentally stumbling into the all-you-can-eat can eat for $34.99 per person for dinner starting at 4PM! Best Date in a long time! 💯
