If I could give this place zero stars I would.

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We arrived around 130pm and there were only 4-5 other guests in the restaurant. After being seated, the server didn’t ask or take our drink order for 30 mins… once we placed the order… we waited literally over an hour to receive our food. Throughout this period of time, none of the servers or staff inquired if we wanted refills on our drinks or provided us updates on our order. From the time we walked through the door to leaving this horribly run business was 2 1/2 hours. During this entire period there were only 5 other parties in the establishment.

For context, our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children.

This place lacks good management and isn’t operating as a functional business that wants customers to return. We will NEVER return to this place again.

The food is mid and the wait is outrageous. when we first go there this one girl with long braids was playing around w another worker. again the same worker with the long hair she kept going outside to smoke vape. this whole establishment needs to be shut down

lady at the front was hyper and yelling outside for people 10 mins to wait for everyone that walked in even single person parties. Strange, she must be on drugs. She was scratching arm with pen fast and twitchy. what kind of staff is that

My locals favorite for a quick but wonderful meal with my wife.

Sheena, our server, always makes our visit worth coming in. She makes sure our order is correct, served hot, and served with a good attitude and smile. Have to say she goes above and beyond and makes us feel welcome.

Emily is an absolute delight. The food was good and there was plenty of it. And, free pie! All in all, great experience

This is a nice clean restaurant. Menu had plenty of options, with an all day menu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We were seated within a few minutes. Our server was friendly and provided good service. From what I could see, there was only 2 servers at the time .
Others employees were on duty doing other things.
No rush on service once you were seated. It's a nice neighborhood restaurant that needs someone to get employees motivated and work together to provide better customer service.
Will try going again at a different time. We were there for lunch today.
I had seen a bad review on nextdoor so I wanted to try it out myself.

Iris was outstanding. She seated everyone, took orders, cleaned tables and ensure we had all we needed. She is the best.

Every time we come to this location, we are disappointed. We were seated almost right away. But we waited over 1 hour for our food. It was cold, raw and incorrect. The portions were small. Service was ok, food was mediocre and quality was terrible. $35 for 2 people's lunch .We will not be back and DO NOT recommend visiting.
