Really warm and inviting nice atmosphere. Excellent friendly service.
Food was high quality and very tasty. Home made bread was top notch. They pretty much make everything in house which you dont see that much these days. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

Despite hearing less than ideal things about the new location, we decided to try it. My family of 4 went on a Monday night and when greeted, asked if we had a reservation. I said no, seeing half the restaurant was empty. We were told there were too many reservations and wouldn’t be able to be sat. Out of curiosity, we looked online and were able to make a reservation 45 mins later. We did not return.

Table was not cleaned well. The cook continuously bonded meet and ibfelt like I was in a high school woodworking shop.

My partner has shellfish allergy, she ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with salmon and had a severe reaction! We always come here and that was the first time it happened! We had the bottle of Bigaro and I had the Wagu Bolognese. Our waitress Nora was great! We come here often so hopefully this allergic reaction won’t happen again

Visited for lunch for first time. Staff greeted us immediately and seated us. The booths are kind of small, good for a couple but would have been tight for a foursome. Lighting looks like it might be too dark in the evening but lots of windows to enjoy lunch.
We ordered the veal parmigiana and a margherita pizza.
We were glad we ordered the smaller size veal, which came with three large pieces and a side of angel hair pasta. The veal look deep fried, a little dark and no cheese on it. The pasta was great. When we asked our server about the missing cheese she said they may be out of mozzarella.
The margherita pizza was a little different as well. It had no sauce on it but was lots of mozzarella cheese (they may have used it all up on the pizza) and plenty of tomato slices, no basil. The crust was different as well.
I think we expected more traditional italian.

Vino has always been a family favorite in Chesapeake. The new location is absolutely beautiful and inviting. The food remains first class and the service is remarkable!

Second time at restaurant. Staff was friendly but service was slow on a Sat. night. Salad and prosciutto wrapped asparagus was very good. My wife’s filets had a strange flavor. My Fruite de Mare was hot and had a nice spice. Prices very reasonable, food good but not great, not a place we would go back to often.

Food took forever! Out of bread- food cold and not seasoned. Caraba is better-will make trip to Aldos when I want Italian. Was really looking forward to trying-very disappointed.

Wonderful service, cocktails, service, and food! Save room for dessert...they make amazing desserts!

Very nicely done inside. Our server was very attentive and courteous. We ordered the margarita pizza for a liter lunch and the wood fired crust makes a world of difference. The pizza was delicious. We will definitely go again. Enjoy!

Tonight, I had the best meal I’ve had ever since moving to VA 3 years ago. I am from RI and was disappointed at the pub food restaurant chains here and no great upscale restaurants. I had the small portion of veal parm and it was to die for. We requested bread which was warm and chewy with a beautiful crust. One member of my party said her chicken parm was cold but she didn’t send it back and ate the whole thing! I thought it was important to write a review so other people will want to try Vino’s
