Service was horrible 5 people there standing around talking. The food took forever to make because chatting was more important. This was the worst customer service experience

Very disappointed not clean and wouldn’t fix gravy when you asked for it. Only 2 people working and touching silverware with bare hands when it should have been wrapped. Never served butter with waffle and never came back and asked. Will not return there at that one. Never had a problem there until today and got out ticket before our food also had to wait 10 mins before anyone showed up at our table.

They will put to go prefers before people actually sitting that placed their food. I was sitting for 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even said anything to me. Worst service I ever got. Waited 40 minutes

Waited 15 minutes and not one person came to us. Cashier walked by multiple times and never said a word just looked at us. They had 2 servers that were conversing with large party for 10 minutes

If you've been to one waffle House, you've been to them all. People were friendly, little bit crowded at the time we we're there. Our server was friendly but kept forgetting stuff.

Three of us took a drive. We felt like eating at Waffle House.
After a couple of stops and finishing our shopping, we found this Waffle House near Battlefield Boulevard.
The place was quiet when we arrived and it was clean. The entire staff was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive.
Our food was well-prepared and came to us quickly. Everything was correct as we ordered it.
This was a great choice for food that evening. We are looking forward to our next visit to Waffle House!
Walked inside store this morning at 6:45am, was never greeted upon arrival…waited atleast 3-4 min to even be helped. Mind you restaurant was empty outside of two ppl seated inside. Oder was taking after a few min of waiting. Even after order was placed it took approximately 8min for them to begin order. Smh very unsatisfying experience at this particular location.

I ordered a BLT, I got crumbs of hard over cooked back. It was awful. I tried to call to but the number is just a recording.
