Usually our waffle house experience is good. But lately the quality of staff is lacking, the one poor man working along side 2 others who were not helping at all. This caused us to have very poor service due to our waiter being over worked. Not his fault, but our orders were incorrect took a long time to get our food and drinks. The music was super loud. Probably will not go back for a while.

Went in for lunch. Went to two different booths and they were both dirty including the seats. Ice was on one seat and melting. Had to turn around and leave. Too dirty

I been going for a couple weeks now , I fell in love with the Texas Bacon cheesesteak melt. Its amazing and would recommend. Its cool experience to see the cooks right in front of you and it gives me that diner experience thats not so common these days , would recommend for families all over virginia

Never been to a waffle house before. Unfortunately because this chain is so large it gets a bad reputation for the few incidents that occur in greatly populated urban areas. This branch in Chesapeake is a quiet neighborhood restaurant with excellent service from welcoming in to telling me to have a nice day. The three different employees that served us in an exceptional manner. The food was fresh and delicious. I look forward to returning for another meal.
