If I could give zero I would. My husband and I and Mil came here to eat. We walked in and it wasn't that busy yet somehow it took 15 minutes to even be attended to. Food was brought out and yet somehow my waffle was forgot when it was brought to their attention it was said we only got two working. We sat there trying to be understanding but we never got my waffle. We got up paid and left no tip. This place is absolute trash! There was no sense of communication about anything. All you gotta do is communicate there's stuff going on.

Changing my review...because over the last year or so, every time we've been there, the staff is playing extremely loud music from the jukebox. We don't want to hear that so loud in the morning. The restaurant is kept so cold that my kids and I don't take off our coats. Staff is welcoming, but we often overhear their gripes and personal issues. They tend to just talk to each other instead of tending to customers. It's gotten hard to get their attention. Almost every waffle in the past year has been undercooked. We rarely go there now because of all these issues.

Went to get some food after work. Staff took my number to text when food was ready. Waited for about 45 minutes never got a text of course my food was cold by the time I got it. I sat right I front of the restaurant the whole wait…staff could at least try to wave down people they notice once the order is ready.

Me and my best friend loved this waffle house until they decided to randomly start doing takeout only. Please fix your phones so we can call to see if y'all are even open for dine-in and we dont waste our gas.
EDIT: They are now take out only at night. Change website hours. We definitely won't be back.

I hadn't been to a WH in almost 15 years, but I was overall satisfied with the food and courteous service
It took a while for them to wait on us and when they finally waited on us and we told them that we wanted coffee with a lot of creamer and sweetener and the waitress rolled her eyes at us and then when our food was served to us that had hair in the eggs and when we said something to them about it they were just going to take the cost of the eggs off not the whole meal and I didn't even eat it we got up and we got ready to leave because of the experience

Waffle House is my go-to spot for delicious meals! Open 24/7, every day, they provide exceptional customer service, serving hot food with a side of Southern hospitality. The magic of this place lies in its homey atmosphere, where you can watch chefs and servers in action and enjoy music (though I wish it didn't require a jukebox fee!). Cleanliness is generally excellent, except during extremely busy periods.
My favorite order consists of a waffle with butter and chocolate chips, two eggs over well, a chicken biscuit, and fruit punch, complemented by free water. Overall, Waffle House serves fantastic food in a cozy environment, making it a must-visit. I highly recommend it!

The place was an all white staff and they're was one African American male eating in the whole place and it Felt like we were back in the 60's when blacks weren't allowed in a white establishment!
