Our server linda was rude, i get if your having a bad day but she had no respect or good costumer service. I tipped her low because of her horrible attitude and she had the nerve to come out to my car and ask me if i meant to tip her that low. and i told her she was super rude.
My wife and I visited this location earlier this week for the first time. We were impressed with the cleanliness inside, even the kitchen area and grills, stoves and countertops were kept clean. The waitress was very friendly and courteous and welcomed us as we walked in. The food was hot and delicious and the server continues to check on us and kept our coffee fresh. I was really impressed with this Waffle House unlike the one on Portsmouth Blvd. I asked to see the manager and she pointed to a man outside cleaning the windows. We interrupted him briefly to let him know how impressed we were of this store and how satisfied we were with his staff and the quality of the food.

Hard to know as they keep the place so cold the supposedly hot food is tepid as soon as it hits the plate and the coffee will not retain heat. It is 75 whole degrees outside, why have the A/C cranked up like the 4th of July? Totally disappointing...⛔️

We walked in at 8:45 pm and only two employees were there. They didn't greet us and one of them just looked up and kept doing what he was doing.
Eventually, we were told to sit anywhere, and there was 1 clean booth.
We sat for a bit before the server came over and just said: "What do you want?"
Anyway, the food was good.

Definitely a go to breakfast spot. Service was good/Food was good . Went this past Saturday on 7/6/24. Fully staff . Our waitress was ok . Said elite on her uniform. But she never checked on us . I had a dirty coffee cup couldn't get her attention to change my cup. Another waitress took care of me/us. The other waitress checked on us throughout out time there. Only time we seen the first waitress was when the second one was taking care of us. And to give us the bill. No worries, though we still left a tip for both ladies. Definitely will go back . But we will be looking for the second waitress though.
