The one on western branch Blvd is very very racist 🙄 I came yesterday morning and the customer came in front of me was greeted and no one greeted me they didn't ask me was I dinning in i had to tell them what I was there for they greeted the white man with much respect the whole experience was rude.And also it was 5 servers standing around just not even looking my way I will never go back to that one ever again.

It’s 50/50 on whether or not you have a good experience. The last few times were misses for us. Either the food came out cold or our service was extremely lacking. When they’re on point they’re on point, however like I said it’s 50-50.

It’s Waffle House, but this Waffle House never disappoints, and this visit was no exception! My partner and I ordered the All-Star Special, and from the first bite to the last sip, everything hit the spot. The waffle was perfectly golden with just the right amount of crisp on the edges and soft, fluffy goodness in the center. We kept it classic; no toppings, just butter and syrup, and it was exactly what we were craving.
The bacon was crispy and flavorful, cooked just right without being too greasy. The hashbrowns? Absolute perfection. We got them plain, but they still had that iconic Waffle House flavor, savory, a little crispy on the bottom, and comforting all around. Paired with a piping hot cup of black coffee and a nice glass of southern sweet iced tea, we had the ideal breakfast combo.
The service was friendly and fast, and there’s just something about the energy in a Waffle House that feels welcoming and familiar. You can walk in tired, hungry, or both and leave full, caffeinated, and in a better mood. Whether it’s early morning or late at night, Waffle House is always there for a dependable, delicious, no-frills meal that hits the soul. Can’t wait to go back!

Best wafflehouse in 100 miles. These people are awesome. Do not go to the other wafflehouses because they will treat you like dog shit. Western branch location is AWESOME! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!! I appreciate yall so much and I hope they close the other locations because these employees at western branch location treat you right. Very thankful after going through 3 wafflehouses to find the real wafflehouse employees.ty!!

Used to love coming here. The last few times I’ve came, the service has been very lacking. No one greets you upon entry and it seems no one works together to clean tables to seat guests. Save your coins and skip this place, until they get a new crew at least. June 2025
Placed order online arrived 5 monster later than time. They said it'll be 5 mins. Two employees started arguing and the 3 employees went to back. I waited another 10 mins only to get to counter and my order want made. I requested a refund. It's sad how bad their customer service is

Been to this waffle house several times, usually have a good experience. This time, however, our experience was noticeably worse than any other. Our server, Mikaela, seemed to be having a bad day and was so rude. She asked what we wanted to drink and then asked what we wanted to eat, without providing us with any menus. We had asked for sweet tea, and she brought us unsweetened hot tea in cups with cups of ice. Never seen that before, but we just added sugar ourselves. Four people at the table, she brought us two menus. We ordered, and they brought hashbrowns for my daughter that had been sitting long enough that they were barely warm when they got to the table. Never got a refill on my coffee. When getting up to pay, she didn’t ask how our meal was or anything. This was the worst experience we have had at any waffle house around here.

My husband & I have frequented this restaurant several times. Today, he went into the place to order a take out order, the manager, refused to serve him. He said you can only order take out online. A lady that has served us often tried to get him to let him order. He refused to. My husband is a Vietnam Vet, and this man simply told him his money wasn't good enough at his store. Only good online. We will never enter a waffle house again.
