I go to this wendy’s almost everyday for the past two weeks since it’s near my work. They are terribly slow at answering you in the speaker. They will wait minuites until you finally get anybody and most of the time they will tell you to please wait while they assist one customer at a time. I kid you not every time i’ve gone there has been at least 2-3 people who get out of line because they take so long. Today was final straw me and two other people behind me left because no one would answer the speaker after trying to get their attention for 5 minutes. 04/12 10:20 AM

Used to be a good Wendy’s. However the new managers I believe may be learning disabled. On top of retards being the managers the workers are slow, rude and lazy. I have never seen a crew work as slow as the one working today. I believe they are using drugs before or during work because they walk like zombies and don’t even know how to open the registers. 3-16-24

Went into the dining room at lunchtime on a Monday and was told drive-thru only. I asked even if to go? They responded again "drive thru only". I was in a long truck with a 12 foot trailer which isn't drive thru friendly. The staff was snotty. It will be a very long time before I set foot in a Wendy's again.

If I could give a zero, I would. They just opened but the fries were old and cold. I ordered two double stacks but they gave two bacon burgers (no cheese), the bread was hard, and they forgot a whole fry! So

Imagine being front of the line in drive thru, waiting at the speaker. Forced to wait at the speaker for 12 minutes just to be told that breakfast was over after being ignored for 12 minutes. The manager was present and manifesting this experience for the entire line of cars. I'll skip Wendy's probably indefinitely after this.

Never has chocolate frosty available. Also told to wait a few seconds this 5th time I've come here. Just horrible horrible service...Also waited 10 minutes only to be told I can't get it. I give up on this location. Very lackadaisical and cavalier attitude about efficiency and lack of product.I can sit down at Texas Roadhouse and be served faster than coming. Very inconsistent and I will never come back, even if I'm desperate.Also took forever for me to get my changes back.

Wendy's let me down on 2/4/24 around 530pm. Cold old fries that were not salted. Soda came with no ice and no reason for no ice and it was also flat. Don't you all test the carbonation levels at all? No receipt given. Come on Wendy's! Step it up before you end up like Burger King.

I asked for extra pickles and instead of just adding pickles to the original burger they made a remake and i still received 2 pickles. Like bro atp i just sat in the car and cried because how stupid are you.
